Tramadol conversion

Hey guys, i have a question about some tramadols that i just got. can somebody give me the tramadol to codeine conversion. im going to take 1 7.5 hydro and 4 50 mg trams tomorrow to help me from getting sick. I have a pretty big tolerence, i usually bang 40mgs of oc a day, but im trying to get off of it. Is there anyway i would be able to feel 200mgs of tramadol and a hydro 7.5?

Surprisingly, I knew I was going to run out of my meds (2-3x perc 10-325 daily and 2-3 oxy 20s daily) so I ordered some tramadol online (120 50mg/$100 including 2 day delivery). They held off the most serious effects of withdrawl (minor diarrea was present). Less is more with trammies, so start small. Remember, this medication behaves like an ssri in may ways, so the longer you take it, the more effective it will be. Good luck.
