Here's a dose equivalence chart if you're planning on switching meds off of the FENT to another analgesic or are w/ding from fent and need to know what will keep you well, mentally and physically. Also jus for fucks sake~~ enjoy

Damn, I'm on oc 20mg/day. i need to get my doc to up me to 30 for a few months, then show him this chart. And BAM! fent here I come!

I just meant when we begin talking about tolerance, etc. in a few months. I finally got put on oc's there ain't no way I'm gonna push him, and make him regret it.

20mg total a day or 20mg doses? I assume you are on 10mg BID no?

What were you on prior to OC and what is your DX diagnosis?

10 mg morning, 10 mg night :(

I was originally on 120 percs from my PM doc in NE, then got down here and the doc switched me to 20mg methadone daily. Couldn't handle that, so here I am...

This is just an initial dose, having bt pain still, my doc will probably up it to 20mg or 3x a day. Hoping anyway :rolleyes:

Diagnosis is abdominal pain, from *assumed* neuropathic pain, though no one can actually figure out why exactly.

What's funny to me is the HUGE difference between oral MSO4 and Hydromorph doses compared to IV dosing. If anyone needed more proof that both are poor choices for oral pain relief!
