Bruises AND Bumps?

Some crystal was slammed last night.... Everything went normally at the time- no misses, no multiple pokes to register, all in all it was pretty smooth.

Today there are some nasty bruises and the weird thing is one of the injection sites has a bump like a large mesquito bite in the middle of the bruise. It is right where the point went in. It is not really sore or anything, lightly bruised, just ugly as heck. There was no bump last night when the shot was administered. What gives?

My only ...guess would be that.

During the injection you did register and everything went smooth, but at some point the needle went through the vein and possibly some liquid was released. Other than that the only other possibility i can think of is some how when you pulled out or pushed in it slightly irritated the surrounding area....

but those are guesses.
