OLD PILLS

I found this really old bottle, full of pills, about the size and color of a roxicontin. Some of the pills were borken apart, but a good majority of them were still good. They arent scored, only a number, 203, on one side, and like a sidways 9 on the other side. Obviously, I've UTFSE'd, with no luck, so I was just wondering if someone else here could identify them.

Could that "B" be a 9? If so, they could be Amitryptaline. What color are they, blue or green?

personally i'm not completely sure what it is, but try www.pharmer.org (http://www.pharmer.org) for some good help, they have everything broken down according to category and specific name

Do the circumstances surrounding these pills lead you to believe they are roxis?

There hasn't been a 203 imprint on an oxycodone only pill in the past 10 years or so. Before that, I don't know.

At this point, I would just like to know what they are. I cant find any information AT ALL about a pill scored with the number 203 on it. Maybe someone here has some higher source's??

I wish my digital camera wasn't broke, or my phone was a picture phone...(sigh).

Try poison control. I know they used to ID pills for people who were concerned about poisonings/O.D's.

Or, take one to a pharmacist. Say you found it in an unlabeled bottle in your med. cabinet. Pharmacists usually have pretty extensive databases, although I dont know about discontinued pills.

But, if it is more than 10-15 years old, I doubt it is any form of oxycodone. It wasnt until the 90's that pure oxy preparations hit the market. It was all apap/asa combo's before this.
Maybe MS, but there are so many small pills that have been released that your chances of this being anything good are slim.

Poison Control here always directed me to the ass-hole "Call our Pharmacist". The number was 1-900-90-DRUGS if the guy is still in business. He was real cool about you wanting to know what something was so you could get high but the service wasn't free.

You could hear the guy punching a keyboard and while he was waiting for results he would give you tips on how to properly store your pharmaceuticals. Then I'd say "I don't care about that, just tell me if this is anything good so I can get high today!"

The guy would laugh at that... He must of just been some ass-hole with a computer and a 1-900 number. But he always ID'ed my pills for me.

The only thing I dont like about the place is the vibe. Nearly every member on the board seems to be on some type of narcotic, which they obsess about. But, if anyone posts anything that remotely resembles abuse, they all band together and rip the poster a new one.
Seems like a lot of people in denial over there, and alot of false info in the "discussion of pharms" section.
Other than that though, it is a good site for ID's.

i thought maybe i was just over-analyzing stuff, or being too judgmental, but i had the same feeling that people are really very depressed about what their situation is, and that whatever drug it is they have and are on they go on and on about it, like it's the best thing since sliced bread...
yeah pretty much all the peeps over there think that since their doc gives them 400mg of morphine per day,(just as an example) then they are not addicted---just because a doctor gave it to them. that's just one example of the confusion.
you're right...and no, it's def. nothing like over here, where people can talk openly about experiences and recreational aspects of drug use. over there, if you're not prescribed it or whatever, and you take it anyway, you're a "drug addict," and blah blah...
but they have a very comprehensive listing of "CII"'s and hell, pretty much all the "C"'s...

Yeah, it's funny how they all perceive a doctors advice as being the hallowed "word". I've seen so many responses to ?'s stating "if your doctor said it is fine, it is fine", or something along those lines.

Personally, I take what most doctors say about drugs/drug interactions with a grain of salt. If I dont know the answer, I talk to a pharmacist, not a doc.

I've been given potentially fatal advice from doctors before concerning drug interactions in the past, and upon checking with a pharmacist, I realized this. Alot of PCP's are ignorant to the drugs they rx, and alot of people dont question them. Pharmer is a good example of this.

I dont think that its an oxycodone, I've taken a few of them, with no noticable side effects (then again I have a fairly large tolerance, so maybe I didnt take enough, but I'm not to hip on taken a shit load of pills that I dont even know wtf they are), at this point, I just want to know what the hell it is. Its kinda weird, a pill with no information on it to be found?
