To answer your question, yes, you can snort Suboxone. Some folks swear by it. I guess it boils down to your personal preference.

i often snort my subs-seems to make them go much farther and work faster
only really do-able in smaller amounts,lots of powder -does not burn too horribly though

i would guesstimate that this ROA doubles the efficacy of the subs (for me anyway)

imo it is only worth it if you are tryig to conserve your suboxone. the bioavail is better snorting it, so for example, if i choose to snort, i can get by on 2 mgs, as opposed to PO admin where i take 4

I never IV'd Suboxone and most likely never will.

But as far as ORAL vs SNORTED. I usually would always wake up and crush up 4mg of suboxone into two nice rails and snort it and shower.

I always found that ORAL ~ 1-2 hrs. to feel anything, if anything at all. But when I snorted my dose 8mg, wow that shit hit with in 6-20mins and i was fucking lit up.

personal experience. just a lot of powder, I never really had an issue with the taste/drip...i liked it. just like i like the taste of most bitter opiates , it comes to grow on you.

I just wanted to say i love everyone on these forms and lets all make love have children and IV together.

Yup. When I was on Bupe I snorted mine and it went a lot farther then if I had taken it sublingually. I could get by on much less suboxone when I snorted it. And you are right, the orange drip is nasty at first but you do get used to it. Not too bad after a while.

but yeah, u can snort it, and it *does* work...the naloxone is inactive when insufflated, just so u know

i mean it does the job and gives a better "kick" than if u take it sub lingually, but it all boils down to ur personal preference...

also, snorting raises ur tolerance quicker, as with snorting anything :-(

Lucky! I've been snorting mine, 4mg a day but prescribed 8mg, for about 4 months and the taste has only gotten worse for me. Yuckkkk... Just thinking about it makes me wanna puke. Snorting indeed seems to make the sub much more potent and most can get by on half of their normal dose with that ROA.

Wow I never thought I would hear someone say they like the taste of that stuff. A lot of the people I used to give my extra subs to would snort them so one day I tried it out of curiosity and all I can say is I never did that again. I couldn't stand the taste and the feeling of that crap in my nasal passage.

As for the flavour, mine may be a diff brand, but are very much lemon lime- there's nothing orangey about them at all. They're white to look at though.

I'm posting from an internet cafe, no internet at home- and I'm planning to move so no point getting it, AND I'm working full-time, but can't post from there, way too dodge... Lots of excuses eh ;)... but that's why I haven't been around...

damn 20 bucks on the street. ive never seen them for more than 10 here in SC and back home in PA. thats crazy. when i had insurance i would get my doc to give me 90 a month cause thats the max the insurance would pay and i would give them to friends for 5, this was 5 years ago tho. damn do i feel stupid....

^ Nah, it's only recently that the price on illicit Sub has gone up. As people are becoming aware of it, it naturally becomes more expensive.

I remember when OC first came out, nobody knew what the fuck it was and a 40mg was selling for 5-10 bucks----and look at it now....

We have people here in MD selling them for 30 a piece because demand is so high. The doctors here charge 200 a visit and then insurance wont cover subs so its like 300 for the scripts. bad bad bad.

Yeah it was nice when I had insurance. They didn't pay for the office visit, but they covered the pills. Plus, my doc way overprescribed :D, so I'd get 60 8's a month for the price of the visit, which was only like $140... Now I realize how much I've taken insurance for granted :(

^^ Zk is right. Unless your insurance covers either the visits or the Suboxone, it is very expensive. Subs run about $6-7 each at the pharmacy. Couple that with an intail visit that can run anywhere between $200-500 dollars and follow up visits that are at least $100; it's expensive. People who have to pay cash for both almost have to charge $20 a piece for them........Around here you can pick them up for anywhere between $15 and $25. Most often they are $20 though.

As many of you know, I've been so BORED being on bupe (suboxone) that I started going down the path, the very bad path, of taking benzos with my sub dose. Too many benzos. I do not want or need a bad benzo addiction at this point in my life. Or at any point in my life. So I am trying to cut back.

So if the SJW actually does work for you, I just have those couple questions. I have tried it, and it helped the sub along "some" but not a whole lot of buzz to be had for me w/the subbies.

For me, the subs are the best when snorted.
I took one pill and broke it four ways and cut it into four lines which I then gave to four people ( who also had low opi tolerance ) and it rocked them all !!
I've heard people say they think it BETTER than dope but that is probably because most dope out there is garbage anyways.............. I mean strong dope is out there but you gotta know someone.
Anyways, they feel good when snorted.

Funny thing Black_Pony... WhenI take my Suboxone it soo reminds me of Mountian Dew, and the other way around. If I am off Sub and I drink Dew it reminds me of Subs. I USED to love Mountian Dew, drink the shit out of it but anymore I only drink-maybe one can a day.

I'm prescribed sub.I take 1-2mgs daily except for a few excursions now and then.

As far as the SJW, I take two capsules orally, some take three like an hour ahead of time. Each pill is like 200mgs of SJW extract. They sell it at walmart.

The best thing to do is maybe go a few days without the sub or lower your dose and get your tolerance down. Then take take the SJW before your dose of sub. It only works once or twice, then you start getting used it and it won't do jack.

Wow what a bunch of pusses. The orange ones I have taste like the fakey orange flavor of baby aspirin or orange tic tacs. I wouldn't say they tasted good and it is quite a bit of powder but I really didn't find them to be the least bit offensive.

I have Iv'ed suboxone numerous times...mostly when useing sub and buprenex was my DOC, and I only did it once after using H and I don;t anymore or snort, I like the effects of what it does doing it the right way......
