Is there any other way to use fentanyl citrate (liquid fentanyl) without having to shoot it? Or is there a way of turning it into a powder or rock so it could be smoked or snorted?

What is the source of the lfentanyl? Is it from a patch, sucker, or other source. If its from a patch or sucker I doubt you can get it to powder. But if its just in a solution what you might be able to do is evaporate the solvent. Kind of the same idea behind evaporating the solvent out of an amp of Ketamine.

it is in a 10 ml little glass container (pure liquid). How would I evaporate it, I am not familiar with the special K method.

PM sent and like I mentioned in the PM please be super careful with this particular drug. It is active in microgram doses instead of milligrams. So it would be very easy to overdose on it. I don't know your experience with opiates, so it may not be an issue with you.

I used to Im it,didn't do a lot for me-2ml at a time-individual vials

I would devide the 10ml into 5 2ml portions then evaporate slowley and carefuly
