bupe for pain in canada?

Hey I currently take oxy and a fentanyl patch for chronic pain but am gettign tired of my increasing tolerance and having horrible wd whenever i miss a dose. I'm thinking of trying bupe as I've heard it doesen have the same bad withdrawls and the body doesent get a tolerance to it as much as the regular opiates. I live in Canada though and dont know if it's available up here or how I would get it, any info would be appreciated.

Renton, I've been on Sub, not just bupe, but my experience was different than many I've heard... First, my understanding is that bupe triggers all opioid receptors except the pleasure receptor (or at least not much). Meaning (to me) that is has sedative and analgesic effect but not much euphoria. This was exactly my experience.

I also understand that is is very strong i.e. binds firmly to these receptors, and that it takes much less than other opioids for the same effect. This to me means that although it may not feel as strong, it is. And that, again, was my experience.

I have yet to hear from someone who has kicked bupe/sub with no chemicals (except for short-term WD) and stayed off indefinitely (8mos? 1 yr?) with no other opiod abuse / dependancy to determine the true long-term symptoms...

But my experience was that bupe/sub WD took several days (2-3) to really kick in... but post-acute withdrawal was significant... long-term...

As for tolerance, yes you build but since there's no euphoria (minimal) at least for me tolerance isn't as big a deal... with OTC analgesics, i.e. naproxen etc. chronic pain was controlled...

Finally, here's my suggestion: Get a script for bupe / sub and taper your dosages, then use bupe to 'take a break' -- plan a little suffering in there, and try it out. But don't cut the cords on the pain meds in case...

Yeah i agree I dont wanna give up my script for my pain meds, so I'm thinking of ordering some bupe from a overseas pharm and see if it's worth trying. Since I live in the more liberal Canada it shouldent be too hard to get it past customs. If someone could pm with a online pharmacy thats still operating that would be great, all the links I've tried from this site are dead, guess they got run out of business by the crazy DEA :mad:. It's scary how much American drug policy affects people around the world.

LOL, online pharmacy that offers bup, sorry that made me laugh. There is no such thing Renton, or atleast I havnt seen it. If it was that easy more than 1/2 of us in here would be ordering it off the net instead of paying a doc to prescribe it to us. Its like methadone, I havnt seen any online pharms offer methadone. Lets just say you can order bup online, Im willing to be bet its so ridiculously priced that it would never be worth it. Try going to a bup doc and tell him that you want the quick detox, and he will hook you up with a 2-3 week script. That should be enough for what you need it for.

There are online pharms that offer bupe but they are overseas. I've seen "reliable" overseas sites offer injectable temgesic and buprenorphine. The reason I wouldn't order online is because it's illegal, there's a possibility it's not the real stuff, it's more expensive, and not reliable. It's not like anyone is going to offer it cheap to the US.. it's just so damn expensive. Buprenorphine is also only schedule III which makes it much more likely to be available. I mean fuck, think about what many of us do or have done that is schedule II and widely available. :musik010:

The only reason why I said that there is a small chance you could find it is because a previous member here tried ordering it from 1 of these over-seas pharmacies and he ended up with nuerontin. He had it analyzed and thats what it turned out to be. I know for a fact that finding morphine, vicodin, oxycontin, and all other types of pain meds would be easier to obtain than any form of buprenorphine. I have seen the injectable form of it, but it is almost 3 x's as expensinve as any other type of narcotics.

Obtaining it from a bupe doc would be probably cheaper and more reliable than relying on a overseas pharm. You just never know what your going to get with these overseas bullshit pharmacies. I am so done fuckin around with them, I always end up waiting 4 months for my shit or just end up getting ripped off.

Thats what I would think also, since its a schedule III drug it should be more readily available. But the truth is, its hard to find. I have spends weeks looking for it (for a reasonable price) and ended up finding all sorts of other goodies instead. Stuff that SHOULD be harder to find, but it was easier.

why can't people just order narcotics directly from some shady pharmaceutical companies in say...india? Whats to stop you from ordering meds from some third world country. Just email them and say you want to order whatever it is you want. Lots of those indian places sell buprenorphine and tramadol and ethylmorphine and other ones. They sell tons of Benzo's as well. I don't see whats to stop somemone from just emailing them and buying a decent amount using a fake story saying your a pharmacy or something stupid. I dunno it probably wouldnt work but meh who knows unless somemone tries. lol.
