Patch changing

On 25mcg patch now. Seems to be working. Doc has me change every 48 hours. Does anyone recommend an "overlap" period of about 10 hours or so....Leave the first one on until the next one gets going? The package insert says it takes 10-16 hours for the fent to be absorbed after patch application. It also says that following removal, a 50% reduction occurs in 17 hours. So, doing the math, it seems like tearing one off then putting the next one on could cause some "ups and downs." I'm sure some of you experts got this shit figured out exactly. Thanks in advance.

i would for at least 4or 5 hours i dont think that you will feel a difference . i'm on 4 100mcg every 48 hours .i put them on in the same place all the time so it does'nt take to much time before they start work'in.

Don't they irritate your skin? I've got to move my around a bit. Sometimes, I can't get the old glue off and it just has to wear off.

I'm also guessing that with your higher dose, your blood plasma level is much higher so it isn't as necessary to overlap. Thanks for the feedback.

after putting the patch one i think it's a bad idea to move it around unless it's very necessary, as the more your handle the drug (esp once its already on ur skin and realeasing the fent) it'll work worse imo. also, make sure to save your empties to chew, extract and smoke, etc

i would for at least 4or 5 hours i dont think that you will feel a difference . i'm on 4 100mcg every 48 hours .i put them on in the same place all the time so it does'nt take to much time before they start work'in.

i've never heard a doc RX'ing like that and am curious as to what your diagnosis/problem is, what state yo ur in ,etc
just seems like a huge dose and everyone i know on the 100mcg get from 9-15 a month, while you would need to be getting 60 patches a month!!!

I have bad chronic back pain and i was getting 5 oc 80's a day but some asshole called my doc and said that i was selling them so she cut me off so i freaked out i said that i had to have something and she gave me some patch's 50's at first i had them for a couple of day then i told her that i had to put on 6 to work she gave me 3 100's every 72hrs so i just keeped work'in on her and now i get what i get . i live in a small town in ont canada .i think i get alot cause she wont give me any pills so i have to where many to keep me as painless as possable . i think thats all i have to see her monday and i need her to give me some xanax or something just cause of stress i hope that she will .if you have any suggestions please tell me thanks
