So what I wanna know is how can I get the most out of them? I get the 10mg ER ones. Sorry if this has been asked I did search though. Another sorry to everyone cause I've been posting all over the place, its just my PM has been trying me on different meds trying to find the right one. First was methadone, then kadian, and finally opana er. Anyway thank for the replies.

I've never done one, but i heard there powerful. There oxymorphone right?

Yes, Opana and Opana ER are Oxymorphone HCl.

And to SOA, I think the Opiophile jury is still out on what is the best method to get the most out of them. I guess the time-release matrix in Opana ER is a real motherfucker to get around.
