I always think if i won the lottery a good way to give something back would be openin a clinic! One that actually works, one for people who really need the help.Not some fuckin movie star wiv money to burn.
I know if i had a clinic on an island and gave everyone a slow meth detox, they would all get clean.I know the battle goes on, but thats the fuckin way to start..All the other clinics are either a con, like Ms wise arse, or liquid fuckin handcuffs...

About the money- they just get it all in one shot. If you go to the sub doc or methadone clinic for a few years, you can easily spend $12k. I'm not saying it's a fair price, but you gotta remember- EVERY medical procedure is expensive. Compared to similar procedures (in terms of time under anastesia, # of docs present, meds dispensed, recovery time, etc) its about the same price. Honestly, we have NO idea what it should cost.

We should be mad at insurance companies for not paying for it more than the docs for charging it. If you got your appendix out, would you bitch about the price? NO, because your insurance pays for it.
