Anyone know about this? Info greatly appreciated!

you'd have to tell the doctor that order the MRI that you were clastrophobic, and then MAYBE he'd give you something to take before the MRI. My doc usually gives 5mg of valium or some vistaril (an antihistamine w/ sedative properties.) to take before I go in.

Above poster, you were 100% right. I had my MRI today(slipped disc, large one) and before going I was telling them whatnot and she told me I would ened to tell my doc that and that she couldn't give me any sedatives, ect. So now if someone would ahve told em this in time i know my doc would have PROBLY gave me something. Then agian i'm on 3mg kpins a day so...

This guy's got a reputation of 24 but no power...that's a little wierd. People with good reputations should be pretty powerful. I think the equation is all wrong. You can lose power by having a bad reputation but you can't gain power from having a good one? It's a sad world we live in!
