IVing 5mg.oxycodone?

I know people ask about doing oxycontin this way all the time but I researched it and didn't find anything about 5mg. oxycodone.Is there a difference? It seems like there must be a lot of filler in them because they're almost the same size as Roxicodones(15 or 30 mg.)but only 5mg. Has anyone ever done these that way?Any thoughts on the subject?Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.Thanx.

Do you have more than one? I've never IVed so I can't be much help, but if you have a decent supply/low tolerance you could experiment. If you have an sort of a tolerance though, it would just be way too many pokes, you'd end up filling a ridiculous amount of rigs up.

I dunno - I vote eat 'em. Just my .02.roxi 5's: before I got bumped up to 15's, I would sniff 10 up each nostril. People thought I was a coke head cause there was chalk falling out of my nose every time I exhaled.

if they are the powder in capsules, give up. for some reason they dont work sniffed, and I've never seen anyone successfully IV them either.

Is there anything I need to know in particular?I have plenty of them so having enough to make it worth it isn't an issue.It's just-should I or shouldn't I?

I think you got an answer, just not the one you were hoping for. Capsules? Definitely no. Tablets? Depends on your tolerance- if you can get off on 20mg or so, go for it. It's your body- theres a ton of talc and filler in those pills (5mg is the size of 5 grains of salt. the rest is cut) - if your dope was that cut, you'd be PISSED! I'd say its a lost cause if you need more than 30mg to get off (unless you have 5cc rigs).

If your tolerance is high, just crush a bunch up, cold-shake them in a oral dosing syringe, and shove it in your pooper.

ve IVed the 5mg roxi's before. The orange ones and the white ones. It's a pain in the ass unless you have a really big barrell on your rig like 3 mL or more, because you have to do so many of them. Yeah there is a lot of filler

Someone I met told me he recently tried to shoot Oxycontin for the first time. He did a Purdue 80, and said he didn't feel much at all. So he went on and added three 30 mg MSIR and still nothing. He said he got a good register when he pushed it but still didn't feel much. I wonder, could it be because he's about 210, lbs and has been orally taking two OC 80s and six, 30mg MSIRs daily for the last six months. It's the first time he's ever put anything in his veins and he's wondering if maybe he didn't do enough, or if he maybe didn't shoot it right. Any comments that I can pass on to him? I already showed him what prep info I could find lookin on the web, as far as how to break it down in H20. Like I said, it was his very first time using a spike.

I realize as a newbie I haven't made any friends here yet but I hope to. In the meantime any feedback I could get on this would really help me, I mean my friend I met.:rolleyes:

If your talking about the 5mg capsules, I IVd 8 of em once. I needed a 5cc barrel and still didn't really get anything out of it. Too much powder.

if you want answers and responses, you're better off starting a new thread with these questions, rather than hijacking someone else's thread.

FWIW, i wouldn't have near enough info to tell you whether "he" shot it right or not... i wasn't there, and the only detail is that he managed to register some blood. his tolerance could be a big factor as well... had he already gotten all 160mg of oxy and 180mg of morph in him orally before trying this? what brand of pills does he get (which manufacturer)? that makes a difference too.

but really, start this off in a new thread, cuz it's not exactly a "natural progression" type of situation from the original poster's question. and throw in all the details you can if you want well informed answers... good luck!
