Hello, let me start off that I'm relatively new to the scene in California, and my only hookup doesn't sell bags but only straight powder out of a bigger baggie, constantly refilling a little container I bring. His stuff varies in quality every time I see him, and lately the stuff he's had would burn quite a bit when I would snort it (I don't smoke it or IV it, snorting is just my thing). I asked him why it burned so much and he said "it's because of the potency" which I don't think is too legitimate. My question thus is whether or not if there's any correlation between the amount of "burn/sting" and quality/potency of the product. From what I figure, I just assume it's excess vinegar but I'm not sure how accurate that is.
Also as sort of a follow-up question, is there anyway to neutralize the stinging a bit? If it is just excess vinegar, would adding some baking soda as a base neutralize it? I don't care if it cuts the final product, it's mine anyway and I would rather have less of a burning sensation and snort more rather than crying when a few grains fly up my nose.
