They passed a law in 2005 allowing over the counter sales of up to 10 insulin syringes without a perscription, all in the name of AIDS prevention, etc. Trouble is, all pharmacies my buddy and I have stepped into require a script...WTF????

I remember in 2005 when they passed this, there was all of a sudden 10 times the amount of peeps selling "outfits" on the streets of downtown LA than there was previously....I wasnt an IV user then, but it was hard not to notice the dramatic increase.

Search for the number "10" (ctrl F, enter 10 ), and it sites exactly what I say.

SO, anyone know of a pharmacy chain that is willing to give me what I want? Specifically, it is saturday, and there are no exchanges in LA, and my shit is DULL. So this is a time sensitive request for pertinent info.

Many THX,

Digi;)

When I lived in Santa Barbara there were about five or six pharmacies that were in kahootz with the local needle exchange program, when you went to the exchange they gave you a list of pharmacies that would sell rigs with out a script. They would come in bags of ten and were available to anyone over the age of 18 with a valid ID. I knew people who would make the trip to SB from other areas just to get rigs with out a hassle, they would make a longer trip to get their rigs than they would to get their dope. Kinda weird.
