Methadone in liquid form?

In a story i just read, somebody who go's to a methadone clinic gets to take his methadone home with him. THey test him and give him a weeks worth. They have him on .25 of xanax and this fictional person found out a friend gets 1mg xanax. He said he will trade the methadone for the xanax (8:1) obviously. Is there such a thing as liquid methadone? I mean i KNOW THERE IS, because it can be dissolved into a solution but would it be injectable? the fictional peroson is afraid of injecting themselfs and only has 10ml syringes which i would guess are too big? But if it is in liquid form would it be an injectable form or like a syrup?

I was on the liquid 'done' and it is a surupy-sort-of pink shit. Some clinics add water to it after they mesure it out and dispense it so it's harder to sell and what-not.

I'm on a liquid form of methadone that my klinic dispenses to me. They add a tiny bit of distilled water to it before I drink it. I just started back on methadone about three weeks ago so my dose is only at 45mg so far. At the klinic that I am going to right now, they have us chase it with a small glass of Tang which is way different than my last experience with done. At the other klinic they premixed our doses with the Tang so you never got to see what was actually there plus they also premixed any and all of your carries. This klinic doesn't do that apparently although I have a ways to go before I'll be entitled to any carries. I am not on a high enough dose yet so I am still supplementing with dilaudid and oxycontin so that I don't get sick.:yin-yang: I have to be dope free for two months before I qualify for any carries. Oh well...

I wouldn't inject any Methadone that has any fruit juice or sugar/colouring in it. If he gets Methadone from a clinic it's probably mixed with some sort of juice so I don't think it would be pure. It's pretty unlikely it's pure Methadone it's probably diluted with something. If your not into injecting fruit juice or koolaid then you probably wont be into shooting it. I get a certain type that is not diluted with juice and it's not touched by a pharmacy it is straight from the company and clear and it's only 10mg/ml so you'd need a big syringe to shoot a dose. Even the stuff straight from the pharm company has some unwanted shit in it but not much compared to the stuff they give you at a regular methadone clinic. So anyways, it's probably a syruppy juicey mess but who knows hecould be one of the few people who gets it in the almost pure liquid form and if thats true it's going to be totally clear like water and it wont taste like sugar at all. If it's coloured pink or blue or green or any weird shit like that you know it's been diluted and made "unfit" for injection. Still some people inject it even if it's in syrupy crap but you say your afraid of injections so it probably wont be appealing to you. Methadone stings like a bitch when you inject it too. Methadone at drug addiction clinics tends to always be in liquid form. In Canada where I live they would give us pill formed methadone wafers to take home because people would complain about spilling their liquid take home doses and stuff but i think in America they only give you liquid to take home. In Alberta they actually will give you morphine and methadone as part of the treatment which is kind of interesting. And some people who can't tolerate the methadone can take morphine instead inside the clinic or pharmacy. They give them MS contin and they are watched to make sure it's swallowed and they go on their merry way. Anyways i'm a bit off track. It was fairly pure, they just give him the bottle and thats that. I guess there isnt high demand for the stuff in this area lol. I ended up passing on it, decided to just order some codeine or tramadol from an online site.
