blow or chew?

Since day 1 ive been blowing my OC but recently i've been told that some people prefer to chew theirs and gave up snorting it all together. I'd rather consult with the knowledgable folks on opiophile before wasting my next purchase...what do you all say? snort or chew?

Used to be a slammer but those are a bitch to slam... way too much work. These days I would say chew because its much easier on the bod, less tale-tell signs (snif snif) and it lasts longer (not as high as fast, but the higher you go the further you fall...)

He said they wipe off the coating, break an 80 into 1/4's...put a chunk (1/4) on the foil and chase that mutta sucka! Would someone please try this... it's not losing THAT much... I would had I access to an oxy...anyway, I would love to know if this is real or if he needs slapped for mis-guidance!!!! Someone try and post results!!!

SWIM has tried sprinkleing it in ciggarettes. It works well. SWIM starts with a nice 40 line then chews whatever else so there is not such a big comedown. I'd say chewing it all is the best option.l Blowing it is fast but it lasts way too short. Even chewing only lasts a couple hours but at least the come-down is not so abrupt.

Hey smoking sounds awesome. I am not sure if that would work because the oxycodone is in the form of the hydrochloride salt in oxycontin tablets - salts generally do not vaporize well, what that means is that if you are planning on trying to smoke it, it probably is not going to form the oxycodone vapor that it needs to do in order to get into the lungs and then into the bloodstream. Salts do dissolve in water and that's why most pharmie drugs are in the form of a salt. I wonder if you can smoke bupe. I get subutexes only and I always rail them up, but maybe I'll try smokin' one!

Browning IS probably the best if snorting and slamming is too much trouble. I once chewed up a whole 80mg and most of it got stuck to my back molars and I was picking it out for like an hour afterwards. I didn't even get that high. This was back in late 1997, though, waaaay before the oxy craze hit and back then, boy , they really really broke down good in the spoon. I slammed 'em a few times back then.

I've smoked oxy on cigarettes and it seems to work pretty well. Do you get nose bleeds from blowin subutex...like every time? SWIM does.

:p No, I don't hardly get any nosebleeds from snorting the subutexes, but sometimes a little blood when I blow my nose. I think it's from the snorting, but it could just be from dry air in the wintertime, because I always did have that problem in the wintertime.

Those subutexes are so kind on the nose and sinuses, I hope that long-term snorting of thesm don't cause me any serious problems. Other pills and whatnot that I've snorted has done some damage. Like sinus infections and bad headaches. Ow! But subutexes, it's like they was made to toot, man.

My prescription label on the subutex bottle should say, "crush and insufflate 1/2 to 1 whole tablet up to five times daily as needed, depending on how many pills are left and when the next doctor appointment is."

I think I want to dissolve some bupe in saline. Get the CVS brad saline and squeeze the hell out of it into a sterile glass bowl...a little one. dissolve 100mg sub or 50 2mg tablets in water. Get that empty saline squirter and squeeze the hell out of it. Put the tip in the solution and release to suck up the sub juice. That's where its at.

What do you think of this...remember osmosis from high school bio. If you gargle salt water, the cells in your mouth shrink to make the salt levels equal. Then if you take your sub dissolved in regular water, it should get sucked right up by those raisen-like cells that just emptied out. It's called homeostasis. I remember my bio...shizzzz

Hey Hova, Jacky (from this forum) I believe uses this method. It is a grand method if you ask me. I unfortunately love snortin those little bad boys instead, probably something I should stop doing and just go back to using them the way you described or the way they are suppose to be used.

Goddamn, no wonder they put naloxone in these subbies, they frickin KNEW that people like me would be disolving them in a spoon or crushing and snorting. Its like I have to do things the opposite way they should be done. Its just no fun following the rules, rules were meant to be broken. I'd say this depends... If you get the ones with all the fillers the burn like a mofo... chew... (my nose has learned the hard way, it is not worth it... :mad: i have developed a hole in my cartilidge that has been a source of pain for about 3 months now) My pharmacy is still handing out Perdue OC's with out the fillers - - hence no burn... the thing is getting my doc to remember to write "daw" in the script

i would lean towards blow everytime. Smoking is great to enhance high... i would suggest grinding it into power rather then chunks, and have two people smoking from the same hit to avoid waste. small amounts of powder are needed at a time for this, wide staws and foil.

to be honest... only about 2 pills from my script make it to my mouth... that would explain my nose :)

Hey Zoop.

I take 20mg subutex a day or at least that is what I'm prescribed. I've been taking 20mg subutex and 4 mg suboxone that I had left over. I don't feel shit. How much lower do I need to bring my dose so I can get buzzed again....24mg is too much...I don't feel a buzz. When I took less, like 2-4mg, I felt way more from it. What's your experience with the bupe?

Hova, I also can attest to the fact that with bup, less is more. When I was on 24mg's a day I felt nothing. When I lowered down to the 4mg range a day I felt it a lot more. Try snortin a 2mg pill and see how that works for ya. Bup is weird shit, sometimes I feel like Im nodding, sometimes I feel nothing. I love taking some valiums or xannies after a dose of sub.

The high from buprenorphine is not all that euphoric, Atleast for me. I have never even come close to the feeling of a great high from morph or H off of bup. But some people do. Hope that helps

For me, it wasnt that hard to taper down with bup. I think I went down 1 mg every other day until I was at 1mg. I stay at 1mg a day now so I can still have the occassional dip of my dick in the mash-potatoes.;)

I can take my 1mg of bup (1/2 a mg in the morning, and 1/2 a mg at around 6p.m.) a day and wake up the next morning and feel any opiate of my choice. I have a pretty fast metabolism though, but I know others who do the same with the same affects.

I looked in the PDR and it showed the sub trials. The dosage had to be altered because during the trials they used bupe liquid in ethanol. So I decided to disolve some subutex in vodka and a little water to prevent the burning under my tongue (try it without the water if you can take it. Well, in the PDR, the dose for the pills was said to be weaker than the solution. So I dissolved the sub and put the solution under my tongue. It works pretty well. The alcohol makes your subllingual area suck it up. This helps to prevent those nose bleeds. I think it is almost as effective as blowing it but I still haven't tried squirting sub-laden saline up the nose so that could be best. It could help less drip into the stomach pre-absorbtion...but it could also do the opposite so who knows. Try the alcohol sub under your tongue. If you leave it down there for a while it is better than the pills.
