OK! No one has replied to my other forum and i hate to be annoying but its not becoming a time issue. I would really like to do an extract so i could get atleast 100mg of codeine. The pills i have, have about 12mg of codeine and 200mg ibeoprofen. Your not suposed to take more then 800mg so im stuck with taking 4. My back does hurt but i really do feel like just relaxing tonight so im trying to find a way to give it a kick. The pills have a gel protection layer around it, so when u try to extract it, it messes everything up. You desolve it, and then the water becomes kinda goo'y. It clogs up the filter because it makes the stuff so think and in the end you dont have much of any codeine if any. On the box it says it contains a Film coat, fil coat contains Hydroxpropyl methylcellulose and polythylene glycol. OH each pill has 12.8 so its closer to 13 mg.Is there a way to get this coat off? Run water over it make take off the top layer or would this destory the rest some how? Im open to suggestions or people who have dealt with this befor.

Also what would make it stronger? Should / can i drink grapefruit juice? I had read this helps with many things, i know codeine is converted to morphine 10% Right? So would grapefruit juice still help? And if i drink that can i still take soma with it? thanks for input.

if you break the pill is the codeine beneath it or mixed throughout? cuz maybe if its the first you can just cut the pill in half and scrape the powder out with a nail file and proceed...or this could be a really stupid question from a guy who has no experience with said pills

He's talking about a Nurofen Plus. The old batch of pills you used to be able to split really nicely like you'd split a hot dog in half. The N+ printed side has the codeine and the other side is ibuprofen. Nothing has changed this. You can't mix codeine and ibuprofen together very well. It's just that they don't split as well as they used to. But it's still possible. You just need a good smallish knife to do it. See this thread: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=141077

If you're only using them short term then fuck it. Take the whole 8 if you want ;-). 3200mg per day is a safe short term dose. Just don't do it day after day week after week.

Yes. You can take over 800mg of ibuprofen at one time. Take 5 of those tabs so you get 64mg of Codeine. Then if you want, you could take another 5 later on. But try to take them 6 to 12 hours apart.
And drink a decent amount of water or fluid such as a diuretic like caffeine between doses.
However. If you do a cold water extraction on the pills. You can use as many as you want. Just remember. The LD50 for Codeine is 800mg. So taking 400mg of codeine at once if you aren't not experienced with opiates is a bad idea. I'm highly tolerant to codeine. But the most I can take without feeling like shit is about 256mg.

What the hell are solpaflex? Oh. They are Nurofen Plus rip offs sold by GSK in England.

Do you get Panafen Plus too? Can't you get Nurofen Plus instead? I know they have those in England.
Get some of them and I'll tell you how to split them. Even the new batches.
Hopefully, you'll still have the older splittable batches over there.

Can you send me an image of a single tablet for both sides. Perhaps you can split them like with Nurofen Plus. You check which is the codeine side (which is usually the side with something printed on it while the ibuprofen side is blank. U stick the printed side in a glass of water and the other half in another glass of water. The one the dissolves the fastest is codeine. The one that still is really chunky is ibuprofen.
Cold water or luke warm water is fine. Cold is a bit more accurate I think.

The ones that split easily without crumbling come in a pack like this:

These ones are from NZ but the packet logo are pretty much the same on all.
See, this one is from a UK site [img]http://www.shopmix.co.uk/v2im/im_586/6/263047360586.jpg

The ones with the new logo that split like shit come in a pack like this:

Oh and sucked in Americans for not having these lol ;-). Then again you guys have more poppy pods :-( , hydrocodone, hydromorphone, 10mg diazepam, 65mg propoxyphene hcl and other goodies!

The Solpaflex are suprisingly well made, there is no difference i can see, i think its why they use the gel not sure though. Im taking a picture soon. I can actualy get the 65mg Propoxyphne hcl, i was taking 4 at a time, but i realized it was more important to focuss on getting soma from my doctor as aposed to the Propoxy hcl (i can always extract M). You dont have hydrocodone there?!?!?!??!?! I mean.... we have to get a perscription here if thhats what you mean and a lot of doctors are messed up about it. Also, opiates are treated like the plague in many places. You even say your on anything and people will treat you like crap (even if u need it for pain) but this could be universal. Yea i do have to order from the UK i get it for about 4 Euro's i think something along those lines. OO i just noticed you said "more poppy pods" yea we do, im going to grow a couple thousand this spring / summer hopefuly. One great thing about america is how doctors hand out benzo's i have hundreds of clonopin and xanax (some diazepam. But i dont "enjoy" them.

Im actualy glad other countries have this for OTC. Makes it much easier for people in america! haha. Just wish the government would take a breath when it comes to any type of pain management whether it be mental or physical (or both).

Also my doctor gave me nexum Just incase (a while back). He was saying i should take ibuprofen for pain but i wanted vicodin so i said it hurt my stomach. Turned out he was going to tell me to take it with vicodin so he gave me nexium and the vicodin with instructions to take ibuprofen with it. Would it be beneficial to take it now sense i will probably be on Ibuprofen for a couple weeks?

You could take the Vicodin for Severe pain. Forget about the ibuprofen and just take those Solpaflex for any breakthrough pain. It still has ibuprofen but your getting codeine aswell. So you'll have Hydrocodone for severe pain and Codeine + Ibuprofen for any pain between Hydrocodone doses. NSAIDs which include Paracetamol <- same thing as Aceteminophen, Aspirin, Ibuprofen are all fine to take with any Narcotic analgesic unless they already have one in it. Doesn't Vicodin have Paracetamol/Aceteminiphen in it? Then you would be taking Hydrocodone + Codeine + Aceteminophen + Ibuprofen. Seems kind of silly but you could definately do it. Just try not to use heaps of the Codeine + Ibuprofen mixture. IF anything. I would save the Codeine + Ibuprofen drug for when you run out of Vicodin. I get prescribed OxyContin + Paradex (propoxyphene stuff) So I just take the Oxycontin and when I run out (which is usually before my next script is due) I take the Paradex or Nurofen Plus or Poppy Seeds until my next script of OxyContin. Now that I have some pods. I'm going to try and save them until next time because I get my Oxycontin script next week.

Take the Nexium if you have gut problems or reflex problems but I can think of better drugs for that. Like Colofac, magnesium free antacids. Don't know if you've got it but we have a drug here called buscopan which is fucking awesome for gut pain. I always take it when I get gut pain after slurping down my poppy seed tea mixes and get bad gut pain.

I have IBS. OxyContin pretty much solves my IBS problems ;-). So I don't really take anything for stomach problems. Although I can get colofac if I need it. I really think Nexium is a load of shit. I was on it for a bit and it didn't really help me at all.
I was taking that for my stomach problems and it didn't do shit. Even Rantadine (Zantac) is better. Buscopan is best though.

It won't really "help" in a direct way... Nexium prevents you stomach from producing too much acid; ibuprofen doesn't make your stomach produce more acid directly, it is just a drug known for irritating the stomach, in turn making it produce more acid to try and "dissolve" whatever is irritating the stomach. At least that's what my pain specialist told me. Anyway, just my .02

WEll 8 are crushed, took as many shells out as possible, filtered at cool but closer to room temp water then freezing (the cold cold water REALLY messed up the filter mixed with the gel shell< which im sure they made on purpose). My theory was right, sense the temp was closer to room temp it actualy let it filter through, it wasnt even that murky and i hope Diene got through, ill know in half an hour or so! haha.

Try this. Dip one in water in and out. Then get like a butter knife and scrape each and every side. See if you can get the goo off that way. Then dry out, crush. Put in luke warm water and you should know the rest ;-).
