You already posted this in the methadone forum, cross posting is a no no. But to answer your question, you didn't give enough info here for people to know what you are talking about. Read my answer in the other forum.

If your trying to pass a test to make it look like your not using then the water thing wont work--first because they will test for methadone and if there isn't any there they will be suspicous that you either brought in urine or tried covering your tracks. They test for both methadone and methadone metabolites at many clinics. You can't fake the metabolites.

Don't add water directly to the sample because almost all labs now test for creatinine levels and if you dilute they can tell.

Basically I am telling you there is no good way to fake a urine consistently.

 I assume you want it just to show you are using methadone. If you drink a lot of water as the other person suggested then it will affect your creatinine level because it will be dilute. If You use the AZO if they call for a restest and do GC/MS it will be detected to. They have become very knowledgeable to the adulterants we add and are available to detect most of them now. I would recommend you read the information on my website under drug tests. Check it out before you decide to use AZO. http://www.MedicalAssistedTreatment.org
