Histamine reaction?

So I banged a few bags of powdered D this morning and I might have missed a lil of a shot, although it doesnt matter because Im high all the same. Anyway a lil ways up on my forearmfrom where I shot (on the crook of the elbow) multiple raised areas have arisen. This is just a histamine reaction, right? Its wierd because this has never happened in 7 years of playing with needles and 8 or 9 years of H using.

It seems to alrewady be going away and I just shot so it was only there right after I pushed the plunger, cleaned up and it was there. I came up to ask if its a histamine reaction and in those 5 minutes it seems to be gone.

Most likely it was a histamine reaction, due to the cuts in the D, or whatever else you ate/injested this morning, ya never know.

But glad to hear that it's gone, just try experimenting with it, like tomorrow if it happens again take some benadryl, then the next day take some benadryl before the shot, I dunno it is probably nothing to worry about.

yeah, that sounds like it was a histamine thing. be sure to keep a half an eye on it just to be sure everything's back to normal (can never be too safe in this life). but sounds like you're good to go.

and fwiw... that's confusing to me, to call H "powdered D"! you are talking about heroin, right? it's just that when i see "D" in reference to any injected narcotic, i think of dilaudid... but maybe you meant diesel? no biggie... maybe it's just a thing with me, or a geographical difference or something. just wanted to make sure we were on the same page, and talking about heroin...

D for dope. Sorry, guess slang differs all around. I said powdered so ya know it wasnt tar, ya know what I have never even seen tar, from what I heard I aint missing out.

I was thinking dilaudid also, but I thought about it for a minute and figured d was for dope.

Anyway, ya, that's just a little reaction to the dope, the cut or maybe the water. No big deal, it should go away in a few minutes. I get that most of the time. It's kind if interesting though, because I can see the path the vein I hit travels.
