New Generic Need help!!

Swim just got a new type of generic Dillie that swim has never seen before. Normally swim does them the old shake and bang method {Crush pill/ dump in barrel/ draw up hot water/ Shake /Bang!} It',s a pill that usually comes in yellow with a K and 4 indentation, but these are white and have an M, and a 4 indentation. Can someone reassure swim that these can be done the same way, or at least get affirmation of the identity of the pill.

I am sure swim is aware of filtering the shot. However the Yellow k4's dissolve completely in the barrel with water and agitation. Swim can filter the shot but needs to know if there is binder that he is unaware of or anything like that??????? IS there a reason that it would not dissolve completely in water? And just wanting to know if this is FOR SURE a diladid generic?

All I can, say as K4 fan, is that the *one* time I accepted generics, out of desperation, cuz all the locals were out...I regretted it. I always crushed'em ad shookem up too, and never used a filter, even w/K2's which supposedly will send me to hell one of these days...but the generics I got were *white* and messy, and I put them in a spoon, and stirred up, and it was like fucking clam chowder, and I felt like totally burnt by the whole deal.

I know that's not what you probably want to hear, but I def would do them in a spoon, and use a cotton: I did and didn't feel shit...I felt like it was a druggist flim flam, but maybe not, maybe it's just the nature of generics...but dilaudids are *one* drug, that to me, demand IVing, as no other way do I feel a thing...

I think what DF meant to say was: if you already IV, that's the ONLY way to go with dillies. But don't start just cause you scored some dilaudid, they DO work snorted, just takes a good deal more, like 20mg or so.

I'm not sure: it's been years, and I think there are different brands...u gotta remember, also, the generics I got were the #2 dilaudids, as that was what my script was for, and I did IV'em and don't remember feeling anything but pissed...but I was used to a daily diet of *lots* of k2's, slamming two at a time, crushed up in my barrel, so these might very well be different: I wouldn't get too discouraged...and I know me, I'd try'em out, no matter what anybody said...but I def wouldn't cold shake'em....

Lets just both hope I'm wrong on this one, and like I said, u got #4's, and I've heard there are different offbrands, so maybe u get lucky....

these are decent generics. wont totally dissolve.

much better than the white ones with a ton of tiny fucking numbers on them. Anyone seen these? probably hold the record for the worlds shittiest/ cheapestly manufactured hydromorphone.

Thanks Orange! Appreciate the info. Normaly 8-12mg IV works very well via the afore mentioned process. Are you saying these Need to be filtered, but do not yeild the same potency???

they are mallies, and they can NOT be prepped like the old K4's with a cold-shake. use a spoon and a filter. there will be goop left in the spoon, but they work. they just require a little more effort on your part.

Abbott dilaudids (I get the 8mg ones) use lactose as a filler/binder, so they are completely soluble. That is why you don't need to filter, but you still should.

Yeah, I would DEFIANTLY filter. I get the Mallincrodkt 8mg dillies and there is quite a bit that does not dissolve after mixing in the spoon. Then that clogs my filter etc etc but I still get a nice hit... but it does not seem as good as they use to be, but that is because of my tolerance ...I'm about 90% sure why. But anyone with knowledge with the Mallincrodkt 8mg dilles care to chime in? They are triangle in shape, which was odd when I received them because they use to be little circles. Anyway, they still give a great rush..but the rush is totally diffrent than a H rush. Both are great though IMO. But I do like the H rush a little better... imagine that ;)

Yep the Mallinckcrodt 8's are nice. There will always be a little residue in the spoon, but after a nice rinse you are cool. Just make sure you dont put too much heat to them because heat can break them down. Dont get it to a boil, just until you see the mixture move.

And I'm not sure what you meant about clogging the filter, but there is not that much residue with these. These are better than many other pills.

Your tolerance will shoot through the roof quickly on these. Thats the bad part--less and less returns and quickly.

Heating ain't necessary. FILTERING is as I believe these contain a decent amount of talc. These are common in my general area and I have a decent amount of experience with them. IMO they are second only to the original K4's.

Maybe you missed or it wasnt a dilaudid.

If you got these or 8's there is really no way you should be disappointed as this is really top of the pharma food chain. You do get a quick tolerance to these as because for the 10 days each month SWIM has these he starts at about 6 mg a pop then at the end is doing 12 and getting the same effect.

Heres how SWIM would view the dosage per tolerance---If you do 40-60 mg a day of lortabs then 4mg is ok for you for at least a few days and you should get a great 6 hour buzz off of that. 8 would maybe be a little too much for your 1st few shots. But after 3 days of say 4 shots of 4mg then it will take an 8 to get about the same effect.
