Do veins that have collapsed ever repair themselves?
I have a pipe on my ankle that I thought was a goner for sure- It got all hard and then went away and got flat..... kind of felt like a flat tendon if you pushed on it- all hard and solid. It hasn't puffed up for the longest time, like a year or so. I just figured I could write that one off, but these days sometimes when I get out of the shower it seems like it is puffed up a bit and is softer due to some actual blood flowing through it.
Do really toasted veins ever come back. All the other ones that I have had go away have just gone away and eventually kind of disappeared. This thing is only a shadow of it's former self (it used to be a slurpy straw over the ankle bone) but it is still giving me hope:o
