Swim has been chipping/"junkying" for some time now and he only uses heroin 2 to 3 times a week, and the rest of the week he uses codeine/tramadol/kratom to spend better the time and easy the light withdraw he gets when binging on high doses of heroin.
So this week he is planing to reduce is tolerance by using only tramadol and maybe an ocasional benzo or gabapentine (just bougth it to see if it works for easying withdraw, specially restless legs). He plans to get his tolerance way down for x-mas to be a really good time, or at least a good time..
So he is planning of getting money/effort this week to adquire this:

- 0.5grs (or 1gr, depends on money..) of real good quality heroin (afghani #3 in rocks), he plans on using only during the night of 24 to 25, no more than 25th morning. His family can notice quite well when he is on heroin at a large distance http://www.drugs-forum.co.uk/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif

- 2400mgs codeine for using during the day before heroin use (24th), and the day after H use, respectivaly 25th. (400mgs x 3) daily x 2 days = 2400mgs codeine.
He plans on using codeine in order to not use his stash till the night and to kinda feel good and confortable in family and friends all day 24th and 25th. He his also using codeine the same night he will heroin, in order to boost heroin even more, cause if codeine/morphine is binding to the receptors in the gut/spinal cord, less heroin will bind to this places and making more heroin available for binding to the brain where it gets you high. So codeine will also be used cause it increases the heroin high, alltought the high in not quite the same, but quite enjoyable and its a lot cheaper. :)

- grapefruit, not the juice as he is unable to find it my country, but the real fruit made into juice and pulp and drink and eat both.
He plans on drinking/eating grapefruit all day during 24 december

- 8 grs of kratom for the 25th morning as soon as he wakes up. That will make his stamina way higher than if not using kratom and it kinda brings the heroin high just a bit cause it was just a few hours before.. and please note that he will be using high dose codeine just a few hours after taking kratom.

- 150mgs (up to 300mgs) tramadol for after 25th lunch, in order to keep my brain active again, because too much codeine/heroin dulls his mind and kinda makes him depressed, so he will be using tramadol in order to enjoy the 25th day in an active kinda way. Keep in mind that he will be using 400mgs x 3 that same day, so that will take the edge off tramadol and make it even more enjoyable.


He also has lots of different benzos (he does not use them cause they decrease the euphoria for him, unless used in extremely low doses) and gabapentine (quite good on its own in high doses), hidroxizine( this one real works as an opiate potentiator, trust swim..), but he does not plan on using them.

So this will be his poor man opiate x-mas. This is his planned stash, do you think he will have a good time if he lowers his tolerance during this week?

PS. Keep in mind that alltought Swim tolerance isn't that big, but is big enought for using the doses that he said he his planing to. If any of you with less tolerance (or even worst, no tolerance) used that doses they would spend their x-mas in a morgue or hospital at least. Keep it safe, keep your brain thinking before using, and don't be a fool or you might end up dead more sooner than you wanted to.

^^^ I could only wish i would have some guys of my network of close connections who were well treated for beeing pain patients like you aparently are. In here it would the only way you could get morphine/fentanyl.
In my country we don't get those opiates from pharmacies since about 20 years ago, because pharmacy owners were selling really well sometimes even without a prescription and they were litereally turning into delaers (some of them at least), they would set schemes for fake robberies and such... and then no more really good mid-term opiates except those for mild to moderate pain (codeine, dextropropoxyphene, tramadol) and the ones for acute pain (morphine, burphernorphine (used as patch as fent.. and fentanyl). Besides that there are no codones or intermediates painkillers since 15 years ago,
They still in hospital pharmacies but are rare to be used.
These are the opiates one can buy at a pharmacy around here.

1st stage: No opiates
NSAIDS and no opiates ( These are the family of substances like ibuprofen, aspirin, paracetamol, and many others more recent)

2nd stage: Low dependence opiates/opioids (pretty damn easy to get, they need a prescription but are so rarelly abused around here that most pharmacies sell them without a prescriprion as long as you don't go there too often for them to know your scheme..)
NSAIDS and opiates:
30mgs Codeine + 500mgs APAP
37.5mgs Tramadol + 300mgs APAP
25mgs Dextroproproxyphe + 300mgs APAP. (This actually is kinda hard to get without a prescription, becasue old time junkies would dissolve them in cold water then waited 10 minutes with some mixing in the way and then sucked thru a cigar filter, leaving most APAP out of the solution because of solubility in cold water) If you have a low tolerance IVing these is one hell of a rush.)
Tramadol only:
50mgs -> 200mgs Tramadol.
^^^All of these except pure tramadol need to be performed and CWE or Acid/Base extraction if you want go even further purifing as it would really good for the case of Dextroproxyphe, cause IVes causes a singular great rush.

3nd stage: High dependence opiates/opiods (pretty hard do get, unless you work at a pharmcy and get them thu returned meds.. or unfortanly have some family member that tooks them and dispenses to you or even worse he dies and you take the rest of his stash)
Morphine: IR ou MST Continuous
Buprenorphine: Patches only!
Fentanyl: Patches only! Lolipops and IVs are available at hospital care only.

And then there a lot others but only hospital pharmacies can provide them and it makes it pretty hard to obtain them unless you work in an hospital.... :rolleyes:


And then there are the Opiate Maintence Alternatives: Sublingual Buprenorphine and Liquid Methadone. And nowadays is no longer 10mg/ml but mixed with a random amount of water. :( When it was 10mg/ml it was nice and simple to dose nowadays its a risk.


I would certanly enjoy Santa for some Hydrocodone/Oxycodone/Hydromorphone/Oxymorphone but santa told that in here it's only codeine/tramadol/methadone/buprenorphine and then straight to heroin..
I Could only wish i could make this cheap codeine transform into hydro or oxy or morph or even H. But i no longer believe that i would be able to do that because of lack of dedication, it had to be done by others for me. Nowadays i'm turnng into planting kratom as a legal source of daily joy, because i trully need joy in my liffe.

PS. I'm kinda wasted on Hx2, that is what i'm now calling Hydroxyzine + Heroin. And just took 40mgs for waking up kinda mellow enought for my good dose of codeine and my small tramadol (taken as a substitue for coffee). I don't have kratom now, but i need to lower my tolerance using tramadol mostly and ocasional kratom.
But i would certainly love to have some overseas friends regarding this ours beloved substances...

About the stages, thoose are the medical acepted stages for treating pain with medication

Swim will try to get dextropropoxyphene (take not that is not proproxyphene), and do some cold water extraction, then he will try recta use and snorting. DPP is only available orally around 40% to 50% so rectal use or snorting will be better.
If it works swim has another allied for combos... and centainly one for x-mas
High doses of severall lower potency substances certainly potentiate each other to the point of beeing enjoyable. We are talking of pure agonists here only...

One is never satisfied... I can get all the benzos that i want (kinda) but can't get opiates except codeine/tramadol/heroin/bup/methadone.

Aint that an awkward feeling. That happened to me a few times in the days of going to the ER all the time. I would sit in the waiting room and size up everyone to try to see who was a shopper. If I saw someone who looked like a shopper I would just hope and pray that I got in before them. The last thing I wanted was someone wearing out the doctors before I got in there.

I didn't read the whole topic, but i'd like to say that there is HOPE for reducing your tolerance. Everyone's brain chemistry is different, and i find that when you withdraw often enough, it starts reducing your tolerance faster. Like your brain is putty that never has a chance to set, and so it's much thinner and more malleable. For me just 24 hours off reduces my tolerance noticeably, and 36 is a nice change of pace.

wow.could i really go all out on this...lol. ok hear goes: sum H tar, sum H powder, & sum China white, sum of the best dro & pop out there - along w/ the 3 new ones ive heard of lately that make dro sound like nothin', couple of real big bottles 8mg Dilaudid, a couple of real big bottles of 100mg Demerol, enuff Oxy 80s & fent Suckers for whenever i need em', along with sum Oxy 80s, and a lot of specially compounded hydrocodone 15mg/APAP 80mg, as much morphine a i need, along w/ a bunch of opium, sum Laudenum, and enuff opium fields 2 last me a lifetime....

btw the drug u mentioned called hydroxyzine (also known as visteril or atarax) is an interesting drug, it is a very big opiate potentiator, but is also an anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, & also anti-histamine. so it counteracts a lot of the *bad* opiate side effects. i get a script for it once in a while. there r actually 2 kinds of hydroxizine. Hydrox HCL is what the one is that i mentioned above. the other is called Hydroxyzine Pamoate. My holidays will be kinda bittersweet, as I just started back up on MMT. So while I'm psyched that I won't have to worry about money, d-boys being available, etc., I'm a little bummed that I won't have a noderrific yuletide.

in here atarax is the hcl version.. agreed, for me its the best antihistamine for opiate potentiation. That and prometazine are the only approved opiate potentiator for use in medicine, they are used here by docs for potentiating analgesia from opiates in tolerance users.

i've always wanted a box of chocolates for Valentines Day with roxis in the holes instead of candy. or to do an Easter egg hunt with those little plastic eggs but with pills inside them. but the lovely muslin and ribbon sachets on a xmas tree is fantastic too. and so very Martha Stewart. i bet she would put pills in them though. she has to be on SOMETHING.

It would be very Martha Stewart to have a Christmas tree decorated with hand-made bundles / saches of pills. Like, get some muslin, different colored ribbons, and put a few pills in each packet. Then hang the packets on the tree. Then, when people come over, they could take a packet as sort of a door prize / take-home gift. I'm sure she'd put other things on the tree, but I like my idea better.

You could do an advent calendar to match. You know those little Christmas countdown calendars for the kiddies with doors that you open that usually have chocolate behind them? You could use a variety of pills and really have fun with it!

I've got 2 bundles of some pretty decent dope, and 10 1mg xanax all saved up for xmas.. I've been slowly lowering my suboxone dose and hope to lower my tolerance quite a bit by the 24th. I'd love for some fresh 29g pins, but everytime I start shooting (mixed with xanies) I black out for days at a time, waking up groggy with no money nor drugs.. Hopefully I'll control myself and have a nice 3 day weekend of actually getting high! I've been behaving for quite a while, and the holiday season always seems to bring out the fiend in me. My stash is weak compared to yalls. Anyway,I just got my shit today: 7g. orange-hair dank weed, and
5 20mg Oxycontin(the good water-soluble brand that has OC on one side and the MGs on the other, the 20s are pink, as everyone knows). I snorted two of the Oxys for the first time ( usually ill shoot it), and I didnt like it that much.I sort of felt like I wasted the two that I snorted. But I didnt have any needles. Walgreens pharmacy here is supposedly open 24 hours a day, even on Christmas day, so I will probably try to go by there in the morning. I didnt feel like going tonight because I had been smoking this good weed all day.

For some reason pills around here are suddenly real easy to find. A guy just came by the house and told me he had 10mg Hydrocodone/apap pills,,but I already had the OCs. Besides no one wants to take all that Aspirin or whatever it is.

Anyway the weed was 100$ for the quarter of some real good dank and the OCs were 8$ each. That's usually what the pills cost here, but I got a good deal on the weed. All The dime sellers in my neighborhood get some good regular and just call it "mids" and sell it for 10$/ 1-1.5 g. And Ounces of mid go for 150 to 200$ here. I hardly ever see that "regular"anymore. The OCs are pretty much hard to find, but not as hard to find as dope is here. There is no dope (H) in my neighborhood that I know of, that dope is found across town. It's expensive too--20$ a bag, and the last bag I saw (~1month ago) looked weak-- as >.1. Anyway that's how it is here,, that I know of atleast.

Lastly, a questions please: on those OC 20s is the time release mechanism just the pink coating on the outside? And when I rinse that shit off, as i do, am I eliminating the time release on the pill? Just Curious. - 2400mgs codeine for using during the day before heroin use (24th), and the day after H use, respectivaly 25th. (400mgs x 3) daily x 2 days = 2400mgs codeine.
He plans on using codeine in order to not use his stash till the night and to kinda feel good and confortable in family and friends all day 24th and 25th. He his also using codeine the same night he will heroin, in order to boost heroin even more, cause if codeine/morphine is binding to the receptors in the gut/spinal cord, less heroin will bind to this places and making more heroin available for binding to the brain where it gets you high. So codeine will also be used cause it increases the heroin high, alltought the high in not quite the same, but quite enjoyable and its a lot cheaper. :).

Taking this much codeine is a waste. Codeine is only active once it is metabolized into morphine and there is a ceiling effect of 400-450 Mgs daily (give or take) at which point your body can no longer convert any more codeine into active metabolites without an enzyme inducer.

LOL. No way. They'd be my personal pharm techs. And I don't think I'd even call it a pharmacy. I'd call it my "meditation" room. Where all troubles melt away to the soothing colors of pills and the pleasant sounds of morphine dripping. Seriously. I would want this. I would love to have a custom built home and just walk / shuffle around all day with my IV bag rack trailing behind me.
