Yeah, jsut an idea... From what I read there, people know the stuff since the 70s and there hasnt been much use. But I would bet some money on that a good chemist would be able to do something with the molecules - either this or loperamide. But that wont be me :D

My thoughts and experience:
1. I saw some md's posting on another site, and I think they determined it would take 90 or so to get someone with a hefty habit off... and there was chemistry involved
2. I had these prescribed and had a few left, so I popped 2 recently (not enough to get the adverse effects of atropine rolling) and all I got was fucking dizzy... not to mention my digestive system halted all activity for a while...
3. Yes this was a dumb decision for me but right now I have no habit / no daily ingest so its a good time to test the effects of some stuff I've been holding in the "just in case they ever find a way" pile. . .
4. I saw this post and decided to save you guys some trouble, don't bother, if you are that bad off get high... and finally...
5. I still kept the rest of them, who knows?

Diphenoxylate is a well known narcotic. It's a cogener of Meperidine- and CII, except in Lomotil which is CIV or CV I think. You're not gonna be able to get it in pure quantities to chemically alter it.

And have fun removing the atropine. It's soluble in the same things Diphenoxylate is- you take one out, you end up taking both. You better have a great lab to fuck with it.

Docs prescribe lomotil quite regularly, and most don't realize it's a narcotic.

You can abuse Lomotil just fine- you actually can take some quite huge doses of Diphenoyxlate without a problem with the Atropine. However, the atropine does take away with the euphoria.

Pure Diphenoxylate can be more than a little bit enjoyable. I enjoyed the fuck out of it the two times I had it. Definitely feels like Meperidine, but I think it's more euphoric.
