Hey SomniGod,
I am going to say NO! I myself have not heard of anyone using this to get a buzz, but hey, people do some strange things.
Epinephrine or Adrenalin can cause changes in your cardiac rhythm and unless needed, you really shouldn't play around with it. In the form of an injection, it is used to prevent Anaphylaxis, an allergic reaction to things such as a bee sting. It can cause changes in your ventricular rhythm and lead to a life threatening arrythmia. Although it is used to restore cardiac rhythm, you don't want to create an irregular rhythm.
Epinephrine is found in inhalers and is a bronchodilator. Even those who use it to treat asthma complain of increased heartrate and discomfort associated with that. As well as a sharp rise in blood pressure. It is just not a drug I would play around with.
I really can only suggest you just put it aside and use only as directed or not at all if you don't need it to treat an allergic reaction. It is just not a drug you want to play around with. With an IM injection of Epi, if not done correctly can lead to problems at the site of injection. Because Epi causes vasoconstriction, it will decrease oxygen to the surrounding tissues at the site and increase your risk for infection. The site needs to be massaged after injection. It is important to do so. But only if your using it to treat.
Your body makes it own Epi, in the form of Adrenalin....Maybe some risky behavior and a good scare will get the adrenalin going.

As a former asthmatic (now only occasional allergy/extreme exercise induced), I can tell you that epinephrine does NOT feel pleasant. And, in fact, if abused if can cause tachycardia if not a heart attack!
You might be able to empty the injector and use it for other substances, but the epinephrine itself is quite unpleasant. It's like caffeine without the buzz. =/

That's what SWIM figured...wanted to ask anyway. SWIM actually TRIED IV a lil bit... made him feel cold...with no euphoric effects. SWIM attains these for severe allergic reactions that begin to go to anaphlaxis. Basically, welts form, body swells up...throat swells..cutting off oxygen... no oxygen...no life...no life...no bueno! So, SWIM will keep them for his prescribed use. Thanks for the info guys!
