It's been down for a while. He had some good information but his H users handbook also had some very dangeorus misinformation, especially in context of what most people believe to be an accurate guy.

And yes Nick, I'd forogtten that little tid bit from history class way back when. Italians have always traditionally had problems with their government and corruption as I understand it.

Oh well, not to digress too far OT here. It is too bad about HeroinHelper... I remember checking out that site long before I found this place and it seemed pretty useful.
