I posted this elsewhere on another site, but for those who didn't see it, it is a great chart about opiates.

I've provided this link to hopefully reduce the amount "how much of drug x will equal drug y" kind of questions.

It provides most of the opiates that people come across in day to day situations.

Here is another one that doesn't have as much info but is easier to use and has the instructions in the top left corner of the chart.

http://algosresearch.org/PracticeTools/NarcoticCalculator.html

Somebody asked how to use the other one. To figure out and equivalent dose, look at the column about half way over that says equivalent dose. As you go down that column, all of the doses listed are supposed to be equal to eachother. So the first few are, 20-30mgs oral morphine is equal to 10 mgs injected morphine is equal to 4-6 mgs hydromorphone and so on.

Yet another one. I am only posting this one because it has a lot of info, including equivalent doses, but it is a lot easier to read and a lot less cluttered than the first one.

No problem. I always see threads asking, I take Xmgs of Y drug everyday, how much of Z should I take? These charts make it easy for anybody to figure all of that out. Plus they are just kind of interesting to look at, there is a lot of good info in these things.

I just remembered I also have this one. This is just like the first one but it for benzos.

So here ya go, the benzo info and equivalency chart
