please help i cant find a vein

hey there could really use some help ive been ivn for about 2yrs now and the only place i use are both my forarms needless to say its just about impossible to find a decent vein could some of you fine people please help with some other injection sites with as much detail as possible about placement and tie off and just plain as much help as you could offer me its been 3 days and i havent been able to get high i got the drugs just sitn here i just cant hit the spot please please help thanx so much sic-transit-gloria b.d.

Tie the turniquet above the bicep on your arm, or midway up your thigh for the leg. For the legs check out your ankles, the inside of your calf and the back of the knee. Try some pushups and maybe a hot washcloth on the area you plan on using. That will help the veins stand out.
