OC rush VS Morphine rush

So my source recently ran out of the ethex 30mg morphine sulfate IR pills he had for cheap, so i've gone back to doing OC. Issue is, now that i IV, the OC really doesnt do a whole lot for me. 30mg of morphine sulfate would give me a killer rush and have me nodding off. Now with OC i can do 120mg IV on a good night, say 40-60mg a shot and get a weak rush off of it. Sure i end up nodding off but that rush we all love so much is just absent. Anyone else have a problem catching a good rush off of OC? I should add that now that i'm doing closer to 55mg-60mg i'm getting a bit more of a satisfying rush, but still.

I recently scored some Oxycontin 20's and i couldn't get high from them really. I crushed and swallowed them. Now with Morphine ER 30's, i do the same and get high. And i can get high from regular Oxycodone, but the Oxycontins i barely got high. I know you're talking about IVing, but still i notice what your talking about with oral as well. It's kinda strange.

No no, don't get me wrong, my DOC is Oxycontin, i was just observing that the same thing was what i experienced. Couldn't get high off of Oxycontin but could with Oxycodone and Morphine.

yeah, i know a lot of people (including myself) that can get a ripping good time off of Oxycodones (or Roxi's, or whatev) but can't seem to get shit off of oxycontin (granted, the only OCs I've had were teva's and Roxi's I come by often). But none the less, for whatever reason, I believe my most recreational fun experience was off of a shit ton of MSIR's. BUT, the most productive high I've gotten was off of Roxi's...with that said...I'm bout ready to nod out on my keyboard...asdfffffffffffffffffffffff. haha, j/k. not JUST yet.

Oc is I think 1.5x stronger than morphine by weight. But the high is different, some people prefer the mellow morphine high and some prefer the speedier oc. I think it just comes down to personal preferance I prefer morphine, unless I have to work or be productive. Then I would go with oc because I don't find it as sedating. As far as the iv rush goes, I've never shot oc but both can cause potentially dangerous histamine reactions. Its hard to compare when something is so subjective.

You and me both kyuss. All I do is get sleepy from morphine, I get very energetic from Oxy. My DOC is mos def Oxy. If you offered me either a perc 10 or a MS 30, I would take the perc 10.

I like nodding off, so I guess I like morphine. but take enough oxy, and you'll nod good.

I can't really say which is my favorite. to me an IV OC rush is similar to an IV Heroin rush. but Morphine is all on its own with its instant itchy/needles feeling thing. its a good one though.

Is this a common physical experience with morphine for most/some people? I love morphine, especially the way it makes me feel, but it's the one opiate that has never made me itch! :p

I really only itch in the beginning. well, my nose itches on any opiate really.

and I do love the rush, it feels like ants are biting me between my ring finger and pinky's though.

My vote goes with the Oxy crowd. I have never gotten anything off of morphine... very very little pain control either. Unless it was IV'd, and that was in the hospital. I used to take the MSIR 15mg for BT pain all the time. Now, its simply useless. Unfortunately, I think the six years of methadone use has totally screwed my tolerance.

yeah, even with no opiate tolerance at all, I think it would take AT LEAST 60mg to get a buzz of morphine orally.
