Look at the bottom of page 14 and read about the interaction of bupe/ nalaxone and how drug company had developed this preperation for IV use.Amazing,I am starting to understand this stuff,I have been on it for two years and this was written in 1992! According to this they were considering putting naltrexone(revia) in what would be suboxone .It says that naloxone is overidden by the bupe after a short time. Maybe this is why it takes an hour or so to hit you when going intranasally.glad they decided on naloxone(narcan)

Maybe you're right Voodooboo, but I use subutex, and when I snort it, which is pretty much always - I'll do some sublingually every once in a while, when I don't want the wifey to see my snort it, it still takes like a half hour to kick in.

Faster than an hour, though, so maybe it is the naloxone. I am surprised you can snort suboxone. I was on suboxone for a little while (like a week) and I was scared to snort it. I though I'd go into severe withdrawals if I did. Can't stand the taste! It gives me heartburn!
