I may post a more detailed discussion in the sources section at some point. I am trying to be efficient with my spending at a particular International OP. I know that on my current doses of long and short acting narcotics, none of these are likely to "fuck me up" other than potential heavy sedation with the benzos in combination with my painkillers. Obviously I will be VERY careful about this.

Since my doc is giving me Lyrica soon, I suspect that I will not be getting benzos from him soon as I had previously thought when he brought them up during a previous visit. So I'm considering another international purchase to bulk up my reserves with some benzos and wd/tapering meds. you never know when they'll come in handy when you're self-medicating!

Well, I got some valium so that's set for a while. I'm out of Xanax and miss it a bit, but certainly not in any urgent manner.

The codeine I'd like to stock up on for backup purposes; same with the Propoxyphene. Emergency pain meds for my wife so she doesn't need to dip into my stashes of stronger meds....and for my own future w/d's just in case....when you're dependent on a doctor to supply the majority of your opiates, you never can tell when you might need such tools =/

I've been talking to one particular European contact about getting some xanax and codeine, which would probably be sufficient. Will report back if anything of interest comes up in the process :-)

Valium and Codeine for sure. Xanax doesn't really do alot for pain. Valium does. 10mg of Valium + 120mg of Codeine is an excellent dosage. If the Propoxyphene was 65mg hydrochloride I would. I wouldn't touch the stuff if it was 100mg Napsylate. That stuff fucking sucks. Why not Tramadol or Hydrocodone? Tramadol is excellent for pain. It's better than Propoxyphene for a start. And when your tolerance to the stronger opiates and codeine is way up. It can work wonders. Here's what I'd like to get from an online pharmacy:

Diazepam, Hydrocodone, Carisprodol, Codeine Sulphate instead of Phosphate as I think it's stronger. Or some high dose codeine of more than 30mg. Generally I can get codeine OTC in 8mg, 9.6mg, 10mg, 12.8mg and 15mg strengths so I don't really give a shit about it that much. I don't really know what else I'd like. I need a good supply of Tramadol. As I feel like topping myself if I come off it and I've got nothing else.

When my tolerance wasnt as high.A coupla hundred mgs codeine and 20-30mgs valium was great.Nowadays I cant get enough codeine into me.(ie 600mg and above makes me sick(ie spewing up sick) so ya need the valium as well).But when I was w/ding from bupe(subutex) even 60-80mgs of valium wasnt enough, except to slur my speech and fuck my memory.But still coudnt sleep etc.Dihydrocodeine is stronger than codeine so Id go for that and flunitrazepam(rhohypnol) 2mg.

just an note on Propoxyphene, it's fucking deadly. don't be taking much of this, better yet, don't take any at all. this drug took the life of my friend even though we used to split 18mg hydromorphone between us and do oxy and fentanyl on top of that. our tolerances were the same and yet the weak fucking propoxy killed him.

Be very carefull man. always research the pharmacology, contraindications and LD50's of drugs before you start mixing and matching and dosing your way to bliss. Death is always around the corner...

I have to agree, the V and C are your best bets. Stay away from Propoxyphene if possible, it's not much good unless you are just plain desperate. Even then, don't take too much. It will build up in your system and fuck you when you least expect it. I was stupid in my 20's and would take massive amounts of the shit just to get a little buzz, the damned Napsylate known as Darvocet. 650mg. acetominophen (or paracetamol, I think?) in each one with 100mg. of the Napsylate salt. I've survived taking 15 - 20 of those at once, though I still don't know how. I can only imagine that the Lord was on my side!

X and or C anyday. As the poster above me said, stay the hell away from darvocet, I'm a living example of the proof of how scary this weak drug is. Long story short, back in 94 I had my whole colon taken out(ulcerative colitis). Was only into alcohol back then, got addicted to the morphine in the hospital being there a week and a half in bliss with that lovely button to push. Anyway, they slowly tapered me off the morphine, but sent me home one day with those lame darvocet and refills(if only I knew then what I know now about opiates damn)well I started taking the darvocet that evening, the pain got so bad, suddenly that evening when I went to bed I started getting chills etc, I thought it was just cold etc or from surgery etc but had no idea it was the beginning of horrible wd. I took two more darvocets before bed. I could not sleep hardly, all of a sudden I had a strange buzzing noise in my ears and I felt an unexplainable mental horror so I quit taking them in the middle of the night. I got up that morning to take a shower and when I went to step out of the shower I almost fainted and passed out. Suddenly started shakeing uncontrollably and was so cold it was horrible. I was rushed back to the hospital er and spent what seemed like hours there. They did all these blood tests etc on me and came back and said my blood test was so strange it was nothing they had ever seen before. I asked what the heck that meant and they said "we dont know" I was like oh shit. They admitted me back to the same bed I came from actually and the nurse who took care of my morphine etc told me that I'm now addicted to the morphine and said I might have to go to the methadone clinic in town. I had no idea what that was even back then. I said oh no what does that mean? when she told me, I thought damn if only I wasn't an hour from the clinic to have to come in each day. If only my doctor would give me something better than these darvocets. She said well he's afraid you will get worse if he switches you to a stronger opiate. I said what's an opiate? she said thats what the morphine is etc and told me all about what an opiate was. I was so sick of being in the hospital that I just toughed it out at home and suffered having to take only two darvocets every 4 hours. They barely did anything for me and it took about a month to just feel halfway normal after that. If only I had that to do over again, I would have told my doctor that those darvocets are not doing hardly anything for my pain just to get him to switch me to vicodin at least. Heck I would have probably felt much better than. He probably would have anyway if it wasn't for my mom opening up her big mouth back then and telling my doc that I was an alcoholic etc. Damn, I'm in a rut right now. I'm suffering from major depression and if only I could get off these subs easy right now and take a huge opiate vacation right now, man am I bored just sitting here doing nothing these days. some fairy opiate god come to my aid and put a huge bottle of 5,000 morphine pills under my pillow tonite.

I concur with the above---I'd take the Vals and the Codeine. I think Valium is one of the best benzos; Alprazolam (Xanax) is good, but man, it seems to be a total memory wiper for me, really fucks me up...

I'd save the Codeine for withdrawal/tapering. My 2 cents.....

i'd have to go with xanax & codeine. it takes a LOT of valium to do much for me. and propoxyphene is fucking garbage. i wouldn't even keep that shit in my house.

Xanax, not alone, but b/c it adds a kick to my pain killers. I must agree with the Darvocet bigtime. I have not had an adverse reaction, but it DOES NOTHING for my pain. And although you didn't list it, a muscle relaxer makes me quite happy. And while Darvocet never hurt my friends, just to throw a question out there: less than a month ago, I lost a friend due to Roxicodone 15mg. He had a tolerance and took it orally with no other mixtures and had no health problems. Anyone relate to this or heard of this? I shoot the 30 Roxi's, but my tolerance doesn't seem to matter since everyone who knew him said he had a tolerance. I know you take a chance each time it seems, but his death made no sense. I cannot bring him back, but he did this amount and more for years, call me dumb, but, I still cannot find reason in it. Thanks..:(

i used darvon many times and find it useful for wds the haight ashbury free clinic gives it out so do many detox clinics

the v works for me, and i have a good supply of tram cause it's so easy to get from op, but i swear i had a good time with an ip reliable source for empacod. now it wasn't that cheap $1 a pill, and it had a bunch of paracetamol that i had to cold water extract, but once that was done i had a nice effect - i found on heroin helper what the equivalent was for other stuff so i knew how much to take at first so i didn't waste it. it came from someplace in nigeria, the stamps were kinda cool looking and only took 7-10 business days.
