Well i've only seen ibogaine once in my life and then it was in huge capsules at a friends house when his cousin had them(and ate them there :( ) and ever ince i've been searching... someone and someones friend is ready for the experience. They found one source but can't confirm if it's legit or not yet. So any helpful info hit me up!

living in the USA, a person wanting to use ibogaine has several choices, somehow obtain illegal material withing the states, or have a package of rootbark, roots or extracts/isolates drop shipped to canada or mexico. Then take a visit to your new PO box and rent a hotel room or condo or go camping preferably for a few days......maybe as close to a hospital as you can.

This way I could see a person being able to have a good strong experience for under 1500$ with travel and expenses included depending on how one travels...........

one of the moderators or contacts in this forum sells an ibogaine experience and camping accomidations for just 700$. this would take place in the mountains of central mexico I believe..........

Yeah I've read every report just about onj erowid an know the right setting. It will probly be in the mountains of the south(great smokey mountains) where the outside is pure bliss on shrooms ;p but my only prob so far is getting a LEGIT source. If someone ahs one i guess e-mail it instead of posting to the public ;)

Don't take this the wrong way, please. I can't for the life of me understand why somebody would pay $700 or much less $1500 for a trip on some psychedelic. Shrooms, acid and ecstasy go for a lot less than that. I know that ibogaine has the somewhat tenuous reputation of being able to cause remission from opiate addiction, but is it really really true? I mean, c'mon. How could a trip be worth that much money???

A couple were arrested reportedly for trying to import it and had the book thrown at them.Read at bottom about the man being charged with the felony of "being a user of controlled substance and being in possesion of a firearm" a 10 year fed sentence! I dont think it is illegal for a united states citizen to have ibogaine shipped to a country where the plant is legal, like canada or mexico. conspiring to smuggle it into the united states is another, but I just dont see why the feds didnt let the deal go the whole way, perhaps they didnt want to invest the money for such an operation.

If it is illegal for a US citizen to have materials shipped to another country like ibogaine I would like to know, as I have considered ordering rootbark from canada, having it shipped to mexico to a PO box, and then while I am in mexico undergo a self imposed treatment, I NEVER considered smuggling the material into the country.

Its interesting that ibogaine was scheduled in this country as a schedule 1 drug, while at the same time tinctures of ibogaine were still avialable as a medicine.

there was no real case of smuggling or possesion that prompted this scheduling.....but at the time Drug Czar george bush senior was heading the CIA importation of addictive drugs into the states to finance the iran contra arms scandal, so perhaps this schedule 1 approach was more of an attempt to secure profits in some way....???? well probably never know.

perhaps these people will end up on methadone or buprenorphine, just what the anti ibogaine freaks want.
