dissolving morphine sulfate in your mouth

i just recieved some extended release morphine sulfate sr, and i had read you can let them dissolve in your mouth and recieve the effects, does this really work?

I am not sure it it increases the bioavailability of it... seems like I read that either Jacky or billi does this. I took MSIR for years for BT pain, and I've tried it, among other things, and I did not notice much difference. Perhaps someone will be able to come along and give you some scientific evidence to the contrary. I can only speak from personal experience.

Unless you have a bunch to experiment with, I woudlnt waste one on this. The absorbtion process would be slow at best....

Up the nose, butt or IV/IM is the only sure fire way that I know of.....
