It's got nothing to do with opiates, but it's one of my favorite films nonetheless.

It stands out among mostly crap horror that is produced by hollywood now. It's a terrifying psychological thriller with a unique plot and characters that you actually care about. The ending is a twist that almost made me pee myself, it's not a copout though like many movie twists now.

Watch it... it's really good. It centers on the practice of Hoodoo, folk magic, and got me interested in Hoodoo... I did a lot of reading on it.

Weird, I was thinkin about posting a threat asking what everyone's favorite movie was (drug related or not)...Recently I watched 30 days of Night, which just came out....GREAT MOVIE!!! I suggest that everyone check it out if they like horror movies...The skeleton key was alright, not exactly my type of movie....I'll tell you what though, on the topic of horror movies, I viewed Saw IV and thought it sucked! Anybody else think the same thing?? Sorry if i hijacked your post, I'm a little inebriated :)

lol it's alright I never really minded if a thread was hijacked or whatever, i don't get all stressed about it.

I haven't seen Saw IV yet so i can't comment but I thought they should have just left it alone after the third one.
