Injecting liquid LSD?

Ok, so my buddy was over the other day and we were telling war stories about tripping balls and LSD in particular. Obviously it comes in different forms; I've seen gel tabs, sugar cubes, blotter and straight up liquid acid. Now, it would stand to reason that if you drew up some liquid acid into a syringe and booted it, you would be in for one HELL of a ride. Has anyone ever dared to do such a thing? If so, I'd love to hear how fast it hit you and how it would compare to say putting a drop onto your tounge or into your eye or what have you. Could this be potentially dangerous? I would imagine the danger could come about if one were to inject too much. I know typical dosages of LSD are in the microgram range. Anyone who is in the know or who has experience do tell. :)

I know peeps who have soaked blotter acid and injected that. Apparantly it comes on within minutes but other than that it's just an acid trip.

i dont know much about this subect, but as a fan of acid i'd love to see a post from someone who has shot liquid lsd.. i would imagine that since it seems such an uncommon r.o.a, that when people DO shoot it, the main obective is just to shoot SOMETHING rather than because of any real advantage...what i mean is people who dig the needle you know? in love with the needle, ready to trip....might as well try it right? crazy motherfuckers.... not that i haven't done some crazy shit in my short lifetime.

Way back when, there was a bunch of windowpane LSD floating around Gainesville, and this guy I knew fixed it, and also--his favorite--just put that little thing of windowpane right on his eyeball, and get off that way...Lennie was a nut and an acidhead...me and him took a roadtrip in a '57 Buick up to Omaha once...cool guy, for the times...probably in some nutward somewhere...

Yeah,I've used windowpane as a filter and as Aj says,it hit's after about 10 minutes.

You're better off just dropping it.

I have consumed many, many mics of LSD through the years.......mostly through the tour years of 89-95, and I have witnessed the manufacturing process further up the chain than most folks have..........and it perplexes me WHY anyone would want to mainline that substance.

I think I would be scared for my life, and no cost or free Mr. Cid Vicious would ever have me rig that stuff up. I think paper and tongue are always efficient for me, never had it any other way.


I personally think if you IV'd LSD that you would go to another world and live there forever, forget about anything, or anybody u knew before and live in a strange foreign land when really you're in a mental institution on sustenance to keep you alive. That would be insane, I can only imagine what u would hear, see, and think by doing this and the thought it conjures up is pretty frightenning.

Yeah: you don't fuck with LSD...as soon as it comes on, all your concepts, who you are, and certainly you find out just what minimum amount of knowledge you really have. It borders on insanity, and crosses the line often. If your act isn't at least mininmally together, you'll be sorry, and my only advice is to keep a CD of the Grateful Dead around for emergencies...but it all falls apart man, and there is no "you" anymore...and to do anything as laughably disrespectul of the whole process as to inject it could be possibly horrifying...you get insight into things that you don't really want to know. I've shot acid, its pretty much just a normal LSD trip, just comes on faster. The things my needle fever lead me to do.....shot MDMA, LSD, pills you DO NOT want to shoot, and even DMT once. I prefer some plain dope or cocaine in my rig over any of the things listed above, though. Anyday.

My friend told me a story of someone he knew who took to much, and had a bad trip. He ended up in the mental ward for a long long long time. He thought he was a glass of OJ. He had to wear a baseball cap as his 'lid'. If you took it off him or try to push him, or he for some reason almost falls he flips out because if he 'spills' he dies. Interesting stuff that can happen to you!

I shot acid in the late eighties, quite alot of it. Together with morphine and alone. It kicked in much faster, but not in a seconds.

I took over 250 acid trips in quite short time; hell we took six of red windows per time. BTW I have still too wide pupils in my eyes because of those acids... I don't get pin point pupils at all. We lost interest in counting aftere 250. It was somewhere, in some book (No one here gets out alive, I guess) that Jim Morrison took 250 acid trips in sixties and of course we had to take as much...

Coolest it ws in summer when here in Finland we don't get dark at nights at all; only few hours it is not sunny. We had hell of the fires while on acid. I still would love to drop one or two ;)

i know a guy who shot acid, the trip itself was about a centimetre square of carboard soaked in the shit, he just plopped it into 1/2 a ml of water and bang. said it came on full strength instantly, like when you inject E and you skip all the build up and 'come-on' and go straight into peaking, he said it was scary as all fuck coz it was intense like nothing else and he was scared shitless it would take alot longer to wear off or never wear off , but he's alive much to the worlds consternation. sure its only anecdotal evidence but thats a big thumbs down to IV acid.

I just finished reading that report and I am very tempted to call Bullshit...the dude claims that he IV'd 8 hits of gelatin that were purported to be 125mikes a piece...I man that is almost a full MILLIGRAM of intravenous LSD...I am not sure I really believe that, but hey, it abslutely could be true-- maybe this guy is a real hard head...I am not sure, read it for yourselves, and draw ur own conclusions...

Crazy ass trip though if it's true-- I couldn't even imagine something like that!!

Well, technically speaking i guess it's near impossible to overdose on lsd. in the book 'acid dreams' the author talks about people who hung out around the leary crew back in the 60's being woken up by a spoon of 3mg of liquid lsd in their mouth. so if he has the connections to waste that much acid in one shot, then i'd say it's definately feasable.

As I said,there's not a lot of difference between shooting and dropping acid.......shooting just comes on quicker.

I used to love dosing of acid!
My drug of choice in high school. I woulnd't fuck around with injecting it, that sound crazy. I didn't party with dude who dropped some liquid acid in his eye. One drop is all you need and he was tripping balls within 10 minutes.

considering how overpowering making tea out of shrooms is like - if you drink the entire cup at once you'll be full on tripping balls after 10-15 minutes, no come up bullshit, you're already there, peaking - straight out TRIPPING, almost overwhelmed because it hit you so fast


so I imagine thats what IVing LSD is like - fast onset, possibly overwhelming trip



this past summer I was a straight acid addict - did the shit any time I could, me and 3 friends stayed up for 7 days straight no sleep, just squirting the vile in our mouths every few hours or so to make sure we were still in another world

but by far the best trip I ever had was with 20 hits of blotter LSD - one hit was the best blotter I had ever eaten, so I went and got 20 of them, stuck all 20 in my mouth and an hour later was the craziest trip of my life, fucked up for a full 2 days, riding around in the streets on my bike at 2am with 3D goggles on - just laughing my ass off like I have never laughed before in my life, climbing trees like a madman during sunrise at 5 in the morning, navigating sewer pipes under my town, and fuck knows what else, but it was the best trip I've ever had in my life, and the last one I ever did to this day... but I have a stash of a few KILLER blotters left hidden away for the dead of winter when I want to have some fun again :)
