I've noticed a few things when it comes to withdrawing from a moderate habit of heroin addiction. I noticed if the last day you did dope the more you do the worse the withdrawals will be. So for example if I do 4 bags on Monday than on Tuesday/wedns/thur etc... I will have much more intense withdrawals then if I did only 1 bag on Monday, just enough to not only get me good but also give me a real slight buzz for an hour.
Another example I notice dos the following thing that happened to me. To get good and high it takes me probably 3 bags IV/IM so I have a pretty crappy tolerance. So I did 5 bags on Thursday, the next day I took 20 Mg of methadone, and I don’t do methadone and have no tolerance to it. I found that that 20 mg prevented all withdrawals and also surprisingly gave me a little buzz, I find this weird as when I was on a program years ago I took 140MG a day, so I was real surprised that onyl 20 MG had that effect. I guess cross tolerance is a little different. Then the second day, Saturday, I took 15mg, Sunday I took 10mg, under 15 I didn't get any WD's but also no buzz. Monday I took 8 mg, Tuesday I took 4 milligram. I had no withdrawals whatsoever, but the day I took only 4mg I did feel maybe the "slightest" WD's but they were so small that I didn’t feel the WD unless I lay down and relaxed, otherwise I didn’t notice them at all. I should have been in full WD hell by this point if I didn’t take any methadone. No WD on wedns. Thur/and Friday with no dope or opiates of any kind. I assume that any withdrawals I might have would be done by now. This was the most painless WD I’ve ever had.
Now the question is how they hell did just such small amounts of methadone for just a few days completely prevent WD and got my clean and over any physical addiction. I did some dope on Saturday and then no opiates for the next 5 days and had no withdrawals either. If this can be repeated on other people this will help a lot of people out there. Anyone have any theories how this worked like that? I'm astonished, but also very glad at this method I discovered. My theory is that he small amounts of methadone allowed my body to readjust its natural endorphin production back to the levels I would have had if I did go thru withdrawals. SO maybe the methadone occupied JUST enough receptors to prevent symptoms, but still allowed my body to get used to being without opiates. Anyone care to comment? Thanks.
