Ok so SWIM recently made a sweet new contact, who happens to have unsupervised access to the controlled substances section (actually the whole pharmacy... but whos interested in the rest of the shit) of a family owned pharmacy not far from SWIMS hometown. This contact has scored for SWIM many OC80s and several dillies over the last week at very affordable prices. SWIM was told by his contact that if he wanted ANYTHING from there that could be smuggled out in his pockets that he would try and find for SWIM. Just wondering what would you guys/gals all ask for(a junky wishlist so to speak)? I need to know the best/strongest opiates that a small pharmacy might carry for IV use or even pill that can be IV'ed (more likey that he will steal pills as hes not really cool with IV drugs but its still a possibility) Also do pharmacies carry Methadose/Methadone wafers?

If i ever got so lucky, i would probably ask for hydromorphone and dexedrine.
Then i would mix them up and bang them. The original speedballs.

I remember reading somewhere that 'speedballs' was in fact the term given to amphetamine+morphine mix in the early part of the last century (possibly by some war veterans), before it was coined as a cocaine+heroin/morphine mix.
I'm not really sure who explained that theory (it might have even been one of Burrougs' amature medical essays) but i certainly remember thinking that it made sense.

Its probably as close as you can get to heroin+coke bang.

Exactly! My main experience, with either drugstores...or "dope" docs...is that they never...last...long! Right about the time you get used to it, it's over. Hell, I had a corrupt *cop* once, who was providing drugs, and a minimum amount of protection...actually a sheriff's deputy, back when they sheriff in LA could put any one he want on the job...he used to pull me over on my Harley and give me bags of dilaudids...but he fell in love with a topless dancer...and she was a talkitive kid, and it all came crashing down...but again: good things don't last!!!...I should have that tattooed on me...

Ask for Fentora lozenges. They're better than Actiq, they're just sublingual Fentanyl tabs/wafers that are supposed to be dissolved under the tongue, but they can probably be easily prepared. Get the 200 mcg or 400 mcg size, but don't shoot more than 100 mcg unless youre tolerant.

Ahh yes good old demerol... havent had it since SWIM had surgery 2 years ago... but will 100mg IV'ed even come close to 80mg oxy IV?? Cuz on the narc converter it says 80mg oral OC is eqaul to 300mg dem IV/IM/SC. I doubt SWIM could get 300mg in a rig and from what SWIM remembers dem doesnt last that long. For those that do dem, is the rush any good or should SWIM stick wit the dillies and oc?

P.S. Last night SWIM scored 12 5mg Methadose and 13 OC80.... Next time this guy goes to work hes going to try and score some morph, dilaudid and valium injectables for SWIM...SWIM will be sure to also ask for some demerol as well... SWIM is currently taking the methadone tho so that his tolerance will go down a little, as he was using almost 6 or 7 80s a day since his new connect (aka an angel from god lol)

Highly unlikely that any Pharmacy, even a compounding pharm, would carry Oxy or hydromorphone powder. What would they need to carry them for? If they did need to make a compound with one of those things, they would motar and pestle the tablets and filter them. If it is a compounding pharm there is a likelihood of them having pharmacuetical grade cocaine. That is used in some compounds. Oh BTW it won't take long before they discover these missing CII's. They have to be counted every month, once they see that there are ANY missing; even one or two; they will start looking at people. Hope your friend doesn't give up what they have been doing with the pills. Federal law does not protect ANY pharmacuetical workers from lie detector tests or drug tests.
