Let me tell ya, it's been a fun couple weeks, and now this????!!!! Do I have anything to worry about??

From my understanding, they were just warning the receiver of this letter that they had intercepted email from them, going to 1700 Tech Blvd (ie: one of Saran's operations). This may be something they have to do, or they are doing it to warn the receiver of said letter to scare them away from ordering online. Which I would do. But it doesn't state anywhere that charges are being pressed, or even looming charges down the road. I'd chalk it up as a "Love Letter" and cease any NROP in the future. Obviously they are using surveillance tactics and possibly even newer tactics they had gained since 9/11 (who knows what that could be/??)

On that note, I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, so I would take any advice or comprehension of said letter above w/ a grain of salt. Not literally. I hope your friend doesn't worry too much, but perhaps let's their lawyer have a look, if they are comfortable w/ that.

It says they're prosecuting

They probably have your ip addy tho-
it's in the header of your e-mail often.

I have recieved the same letter as have several of my buddies who buy anabolic steroids through clinics and OSPs. We spoke to an attorney and he said dont sweat it. Its required that the govt notifiy you that you were logged in the wiretap. Nothing to worry about. Its the providers they are after, not the users.

CHalk the letter up to a customs seizure notice. No action required, but your source is now GONE.

haha thats some scary shit. good thing they are not taking action against you. i would take a break from ordering online. now you might be on a watch list or something. good luck!

wow, just found this thread and that is some scary shit, doubt it's anything to worry about though, more of a scare tactic and if u knew of anything to report it but still a scary letter indeed, good thing I throw out all my mail unless I know where it's coming from, hahaha
