For $20 on the east coast, if you're getting tan South American powder (which you should be in Florida), you should generally be getting around 150mg of powder (including cut, so who knows how much actual heroin will be in the bag).

It might not be "sourcing" but when the whole thread is about the cost and quality of dope, and then u start saying get hold of me if yer up this way, or down that way, it's a little too cute. Per what Duckfeet says, you have to remember that although this an independantly ran site, it depends on ISPs. Alot of older heads will remember all the problems at Google, Yahoo, and then at independant sites as well over psychoactive content. Harm Reduction, or HR as it is usually known is has a sort of grudging acceptance and is allowed to live if not exactly flourish without undue harrassment. However, when such a site begins to get a reputation as a drug hookup you will be abamozed at how quickly the site disappears. Ask Blackdog about one of our older Yahoo groups a few years ago, or ask about Rhodium,etc (although she was caught up in the Hive nonsense as well so it was not only the talking,etc.).

I'm a dopefiend, I love opiates, I know what kind of site this is...but I know that to keep the site up, the members have to protect it. Nothing I hate worse than telling somebody to "back off," and of course, it's subjective, and the borderline stuff is hard to call. And as you pointed out, we just want to stay off the radar, and there are obvious ways to contact people *without* broadcasting one's intentions. Hell, Gainesville has changed a lot from when I lived there...that place was dope city in the old days, and where I got all my dilaudids, and even heroin...but it was a long time ago, and it was kind of a little hippy town, and before cocaine just took over everything. I used to be all over the place there. Got my first Harley, an old '63 panhead, and went to Santa Fe CC, and I had just gotten out of the last crazy war, and there were a lot of other vets hanging around, and the V.A. hospital was pretty good. I was young and happy there, have good memories... but things changed. I know I went back there a few years ago, and hardly recognized the place. I always generally like college towns in the south tho, and Gainesville in the seventies was like the hippy mecca for those southern states... long time ago...

Yeah, the last few times I was there, my old lady was dancing at that topless bar down on 13thst--Traders?--hell, it's probably not even there, anymore, and the best we could do was hustle dentists and such, except for the usual cokeheads at the bar...but opiates, in the old days it was over in the projects, and we all knew each other, since it was kind of a small community. Me, I'd probably go to the methadone clinic, find out where they get the vets methadone, and go there, and strike up conversations. K4 dilaudids were pretty common, but you have to remember, that was the main pill giving for hard pain to old farts, and before oxycontin raised it's ugly head, and all the middle class white kids got hooked...in the old days, seems like most of the junkies came from NE and Cali, where they used to be on heroin, and then G'ville, and that's where I first ran into dilaudids...and first place--in this country--I ever did heroin, too. N. FL, AL and S. GA drugstores were getting nailed by boys from G'vill too...good old days ... but yeah, I read yer previous post, and I know I'd track down a m'done clinic, or if u have to, sit thru some NA meetings, u'll eventually meet a kindred spirit...I know if the topless bars are still there, those girls always know where the dope is...
