I got some 'oxy's earlier today. bought a couple 40s and an es come home chew one snort one. 30 mins later...nothing...I went back got another, snorted still nothing..hmm tolerance?? so I went and got 1 more and inspected it carefully it turns out it was a stomach medicine...I'm usually very careful on buyint my pills, but this is my regualr dealer, and I made te mistake of trusting hime..so i wnt back and showed him a copied parer that shows it was bs and not oc, he grudingly traded it for a brand name oc, i asked him what about the $80 im out on bunk pills, he pretty much told me it was my fault...etc...now physically I could masaccare this guy, im not what I used to be but I'm still 6 foot 245 and work out reguarly, I won't go into my fighting experience etc...but this guys wife and grandchild were there so i didn't raise my voice or anything...I'm pretty salty about this,he won't make it right, I'm debating calling the police and busting on him, am I being harsh doing that, should I just take it as a loss, i don't like being out $80 on bunk pills, I get my subs tonight, so I will be good on pills, and with the dosage increase I should make them last about the time I'm supposed to, any opinions on what to do here...I'm not happy at all.

I'd wait and get him when he's not surrounded by family members and smack him in the mouth. I'd also be trashing him to everyone that knows him. But police involvement? No way.

Police? NO, under no circumstances. What you can do is tell all your people that go to him not to anymore, and make up something, maybe u walked in and he was giving head, etc...be creative and screw him in the pocket, you know?

Hey bud, def don't get the police involved at all. Thats against the rules. But you should make explicitly clear to this guy that you are going to make things very bad for him if he doesn't make things right. Threaten him before anything and see if he gets scared which he probably will. Do you know much about this dude? Is he involved with sketchy/dangerous people? If he isn't then def give a good ol' pop to the face and things will work themselves out from there.

This thread reminded me of an episode of COPS I watched one time... This cops cruisin' around then see's this lady waving him down on the sidewalk. So he stops, and she starts telling him how she just gave $20 bucks to the dude in the house she was standing in front of. She actually told the cop she gave dude a 20 for some crack and old boy ripped her off!! On a good note, the cop let her go w/out any "bracelets" on, and down the road she walked... minus 20 bucks.

I'm with everyone else, no LEO envolvement... but perhaps you could hand him a pack of drinking straws. He'll need them to eat out of after you break his damn jaw!! :D

Playin'... at my age I've learned that staying out of jail isn't that hard to do, and make every effort to do so. I like the suggestions to spread the word, he's a shady fuck! Very sorry to hear that too man, big let down.

To be brutally honest, from a person who has lost a far share of loot to deals gone sour it was your fault. First thing I do is admire my score when I get it. Chalk it up to a loss and dont use him no more, that is, unless the rest of your town goes dry...

no man...but a call to the cops that the apartment was a known drug house, that was what I was thinking, but after reading all this I changed my mind,also as time has gone by I gained my composore,I guess it is part my fault I should have checked the pills better, but I had just woke up..and was groggy, but I think he did it on purpose, and the sad thing is he had a bottle of brand oc 40's as well,I think he was just trying to catch me off guard etc...sad thing i have dealt with him for a while sob left sgitty messgaes over the fact I owed him $10 now he does this...as far as him knowing shady people no not at all...but I'm going to let it go all together, and just let karma have her way.
