bunk-ass syrup~!

:mad: :mad: :mad: SWIM got sick this last weekend...went to the doc's office and got some antibiotics...but more importantly...some cough syrup. When SWIM saw that he got Phenergan VC w/YE, he figured he had some codeine suspended in syrup.... NOT TRUE! SWIM drank 2oz's immediatley and 2 more oz's in Sprite..and was DXM'd out...... no itch... no nod...just pissed off and swervin'! Lesson here? Yup,make sure you got w/codeine on the fricken bottle or strangle your doc until he writes it~!

"Exempt Narcotics" are schedule five narcotics such as cough syrup with codiene or morphine, stuff like (Robotussin A-C, Phenergan with/codeine) Anyway here's how it works. You can legally buy the stuff like once a month or up to once every 48 hours depending on your state, without a script! as long as you can convince the pharmacist that you have a legit problem that requires the use of this type of medication you're golden

:Edit: Yeah, I think other lpaces including Florida also allow limited sale, without prescription, but under discretion of pharmacist. I don't know how great it would be since you'd have to injest a bunch of other active ingrediants in the syrup just to get any moderate effects. Drinking too much of that other stuff can't be great on your liver and kidney. That's weird I thought I read that it's legal in ohio yet when I visited a pharmacy website they said you need a prescription.

You should be able to no problem as long as you have ID and are over the age of 18 (which I'm assuming you are) but you don't want to go online for it, just go to your local pharmacies and shop around till you can find a pharmacist that will believe you need it, just say you would like to buy some tussinex or something similar (look the products up till you find one you want) for your "mom" who is sick with strep or a throat infection at home. I hope I've been helpful

Nah, I don't think I would take the time to do it since there's low concentrations of it in the syrup. Too low so you'd have to drink too much and if I wanted to do an extraction I would need tabs but I think only syrup you can get like this.

I remember drinking several bottles of phenagren with codiene as a younger lad. lol I had taken 2 - 2mg xanax's and been drinking off the keg at a friend's house when I popped the top on my new bottle of cough syrup. I don't remember much after that(thank you xanax) but when I woke up the next day at about 2pm I couldn't stand up. It took EVERY bit of energy I had to stand up. My friend gave me my bottle back - they had to take it from me earlier in the night. Evidently I was still awake enough to keep drinking but I couldn't do anything and I only remember bits and pieces, scenes really. I sat back on a love seat until I slid out onto the floor. They had to trick me to get my bottle away from me and when I passed out they moved me to the couch to watch after me. I slept for an easy 12-14hrs.

Like I said, when I woke up - 12-14hrs later I couldn't stand. It took everything I had to push against the gravity holding me down. Wow, everything was fuzzy, and my legs worked as if they were broken in half. It was sooooo wierd, but I got a kick out of it. So I went home and slept until that night when I polished off the rest of the bottle ( which by then was only a shot ). I had consumed all but a good shot in one night and was so wasted it wasn't even funny. Ok well it was fun, but not funny for everyone else I guess. They were worried I think. heh, glad I'm over that cough syrup stage!
