tried some red clover isolate last night.
this stuff is active...but gave me some insomnia like effects, jaw clenching, and itchyness...
I also read into some more information on this plant. only micrograms of the actives were needed to compete with a potent opioid peptide in binding inhibition assays.
I have only gotten my toes wet on this one...
I will try taking it in the morning and daytime, and forgoing any other opiates...to test its use in replacement therapy.
I think that by the feeling that I had that smoking the isolate will be active, I also think that this is going to be a better product taken with other opiates instead of alone, maybe in conjunction with kratom and chamomille.
red clover isolates, with most of the coumarins taken out, is something very interesting, even if it is just used as a starting point for partial synthetics to create more potent mu opiate sensation.
