I've been good this month... lots of extra pills

I've been extra good this month and tried to minimize the amount of MS-Contin and MSIR I have been taking for my back pain. It has definitely paid off, as I have 600mg of 'extra' MSIR (forty 15mg pills) for today & tomorrow (refill day is on Thursday). My usual recreational dose is around 200mg (oral), and I'm looking forward to getting high as hell off a 300mg dose today and the same tomorrow. Allthough I'm considering doing 300mg tonight, then using the extra 300mg to 'boost' a few regular ~200mg dosages up to ~250mg. In any case, I can't wait until tonight!!

I've done 240mg doses a few times (even when my tolerance wasn't quite as high as it is now), so I'm thinking 300mg will be fine.

Nope, not in Orange. Right now I only volunteer as an EMT one or two nights a week in a suburban area, but I worked full-time as an EMT in New Brunswick and Trenton for a few years.

Ah man this is great! I got a little bit of nausea as I was coming up (which is gone now), but other than that and a bit of itching I'm doing GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD. I nodded out while typing this LOL! It feels just as good or maybe even a little better than the first time I got a serious high from an opioid (five 5/325 Percocets when I had no opioid tolerance whatsoever).

The high has lasted a lot longer than what is usually does (my normal ~200mg doses start to wear off around the 2 hour mark, are still fairly strong around 3 hours, and wear off completely around 5 hours). I'm at the 3 hour mark and it's still going strong.

I'll definitely be trying to be 'good' with my usage for pain control next month....

awesome, I'm going to try high MSIR doses orally and see what's up, I'm also trying an IV experiment with some IRs as well. What's your tolerance to other drugs like oxy, hydro, etc.? So I know what a good oral dose is for me?

I tried booting/plugging 120mg MSIR earlier today with pleasant results, nothing spectacular, but decent.
