It's been dry here lately - heroin is non-existent here where I live; if you want it badly enough, you have to travel to the capital to get it. Most people just can't be arsed, so survive on morphine and oxy instead. There hasn't been much around lately, and I've had phone call after phone call from people asking me if I can get anything (some people get shitty when I can't - it's not like I can pull pills that don't exist out of my arsehole, can I?!)

Today though, I hit pay-dirt. Most pills are sold singly, it's not often you can get full sheets or boxes unless you're one of the dealers, or extremely lucky. I'm the latter today. I managed to score a sheet (10 pills) of MS Contin 60mg, and a few MS Contin 100mg. The reason it's so difficult to get sheets is because it takes business from the larger dealers, if you choose to sell them. I've built up a good relationship though with various sources, and have always done the right thing by them, plus bring in a lot of business from other people I know. It finally paid off, and I score all these lovely morphine pills. There's also a possibility of swapping some for oxy later as well.

Normally 60mg MS sells for $50, while 100mg can range from anywhere between $70-$100 (all this is australian dollars) - total rip-off. With the deal I got today, each pill works out to be only $25, which is pretty much unheard of in my city. Needless to say, I'm stoked!

It's not often I have good news like this, and I apologise for the length of this post. I'm off to have a shot soon.. it's been a while! :)

damn all these people posting threads about how lucky they were today and what great scores they made when im sick right now cause ive been sitting with money in hand all day and not able to get shit. but anyways, how do aussie dollars compare with US dollars cause 25 dollars a pill seems outrageous to me.

$1US = approximately $0.85AUS. I live in a sort of large town/small city, it's a rural area, a lot of farmers and rednecks not too far away, so these things cost a fortune here. In the capital (brisbane) things are less expensive because there's more supply. Basically, where I live, there's a 'wide roads, narrow minds' mentality. Also, there have been raids all over the place, which pushed prices way up. Believe me, $25/pill here is a bargain, because 'retail' price is usually, like I said, anywhere between $50 - $100, depending on the dosage.

The rotten thing is how much profit the dealers make. If they get a script, it costs them $4.90 for the box, because of our pharmaceutical subsidy scheme. Then they flog them off at the prices I mentioned above.

They're called sheets because instead of buying them a couple at a time, you buy a full sheet (1 box = 2 sheets - 10 pills/sheet)

It is very expensive to have a habit here - and yes, it hurts the wallet VERY much, but you do what you have to do, you know? $25 each is an absolute bargain find.. as I mentioned previously, usually they sell for a hell of a lot more. $250 for 10 pills is as good as you get here, unless of course you actually get scripted, then you only pay $4.90 for 20 or whatever, no matter what the dose is.

I was planning on selling them, but shit, it's not often I can score pills for this cheap. I'm on Suboxone maintenance, so thankfully, if I run out, I'm not going to go through withdrawals. In really tight times, financially, I may end up selling some, but for now, they are mine!

I would LOVE to get pills for the prices you guys get them, but then, over here, we get other stuff a bit cheaper - I read that you have to pay around $77/week for maintenance? Here, we pay $15AUS/week.

These pills are certainly not going to last for long. Already went through 2 x 100mg + 2 x 60mg last night.

Are a lot of people (I mean dope addicts) scripted up "legitimately" for opiates in your part of OZ just because buyin' the pharmaceutical dope of the street is insanely expensive?

That's what I'd be tryin' to do - fake some kind of chronic, permanent and painful back malady so I could get gobs and gobs of MS Contin, Fent patches and all that good shit at a fraction of the cost.

Getting scripted is certainly easier in some places than others. Brisbane, for example, is a big city, lots of doctors, too many patients and not enough time - you're more likely to get some good shit prescribed to you there. Here, although it's quite a large town, it definitely has the characteristics of a small town; everyone knows everyone else, whether you've actually met them or not. Hence, the reason why it is so difficult to go doctor shopping and get away with it, let alone getting some good pharmaceutical dope.

Drug prices over here in Australia seem to always been more expensive, no matter what it is, but you have to remember it's all relative. You guys may get cheaper drugs, but you have to fork out a lot more cash for other shit, health insurance, rent, all that, whereas we don't have those same costs here, leaving more money for drugs (ideally, anyway).

Damn, I remember 10-12 years ago in my area a Lortab sold for $1 per milligram, no matter how many you bought. I was getting scripted OC;s, they had only recently came out around the time I'm remembering. Anyway, no one wanted those! We'd put in an order and those things would cost me LESS per mg than the dingbats buying 30 Lortab 10's for $300! I could buy a 20mg oc for 15 bucks...crazy. I was scripted the OC's shortly after they came to market and discovered chewing them up 2 days later...lol. Shit, didn't they think putting the disclaimer "DO NOT CRUSH OR CHEW" In bold letters on the printout you get would make you get a little curious? I know they had to do that, but it made me think, "why the hell not?"

OK, I went OT a little, sorry. The three 20's and three 7.5 percs I just took kicked in and I'm rambling.

With your prices being so high in Australia that score you hit was a nice one! Keep those for yourself. Prices in my area seem higher than most, but not Australia high. I usually have to pay $23 ea for OC 40's, mid 40's for the 80mg. But every once in a while I get a good deal...The OC 40's I got 3 days ago were only $17. Wish they were always that low. Don't know what Norco's cost around here but I've heard they're expensive. Wish I could stay out of mine and sell them, I'm scripted a bunch of those.

Anyway, Australia is high on my "I'd really like to visit there" list. I'd definitely pack enough meds though...lol. It's also a long-ass flight, but I'll get there someday!

do you cook those pills with AA? just asking cos in NZ that's what we do which makes em WAY stronger and yummier and you don't feel so shitty about the outrageous cost. i don't think they do that much in the states, but in NZ you wouldn't bother shooting morphine without turning it first.

No, people generally don't do that here. I've often thought about it, but haven't done it. What's the simplest method to do this? I've read a fair few, but am curious as to how you guys over there in New Zealand do it. Also, not sure where I'd find the AA. Am a total science geek, so would definitely do - Perhaps PM me with the method you use?
