Help! I can't get high anymore!!!

I have been taking more and more opiates over the last 10 months and now I feel like I am at the point that no matter how much I take I can't get high. I am basically just keep myself from getting sick. I am currently prescribed 5 40mg Opana ER and 6 5mg Opana a day. That is a total of 230mg of Oxymorphone a day. I will snort two of the Opana ER at once and eat 20 of the Opana at a time and I don't really feel much anymore. Help! That is 80mg of Oxymorphone intranasally and 100mg orally. Certainly something should happen. Could I be that tolerant? I have been snorting the Opana ER for so long now I wonder if I don't have a permanent coating of it in my nasal cavity and this is blocking the absorption? Could that be possible? I bought this "netty" pot which is a little plastic thing shaped like a tea pot and you put these packets and add water. You then stick the spout up your nose, bend over and pour so it goes in one nostril and out the other. I thought that this might clean out my nose but no such luck. Am I screwed? Will I ever feel like I used to or am I going to have to cut back for a while? It just seems like too much to be taking 20 Opana 5mg at a time. Anyone else experience this cause I know what these things would be worth out there on the street? I get 150 40mg Opana ER and 180 5mg Opana a month and if they aren't going to do me any good I may as well make a shit load of money, right? My doctor is going to switch me to 6 40mg Opana ER a day but I have snorted 3 at a time and don't get much of a difference.

ya if you can find some subs take those for a week, thatll do the trick. but dont go back to taking 180 mg at a time. you will die, and thats no fun.

Dude, 230mg of Oxymorphone a day is a lot. Are you still getting pain relief? I'm assuming you are. You need to be careful because should you run out you are going to be up shit creek.

I'm pretty confident that snorting the pills isn't producing any effects. The time release mechanism for Opana ER is unique...it is the only one that I know of that contains silicates. THESE ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOUR VEINS, LUNGS, OR NOSE!!! They are very abuse-proof. I'd say damn near next to impossible. The only way you're going to feel them is if you take them orally. So I would recommend you start taking the Opana ER by mouth again and stop snorting them. See if that helps at all.

Please be careful...that is a lot of oxymorphone...also you should definately talk to your doctor soon if not immediately.

And unlike some of us, be thankful that you get something that good. A lot of us are very unfortunate and do not have the pleasure of getting the drug that relieves our pain.

yeah its like FENT, FENT always boosts my tolerance for a good while. Try tapering down alot and then start using recreationally, do enough to take away your pain and not make u sick and then when you're down a significant amount, start the recreation!

thats alot of fucking Opana man, 6 40mgs a day? plus opana IR...thats like 6 80 and perc tens...I mean, I have heard of tolerance that high, but never really experianced it....I used to use alot of Oxycodone, like 200mgs a day, and a 40mg opanaER(intra-nasaly) would get me fucked up.....but to lower your tolerance, try taking just waht you need for pain....or just what you need not to feel sick, and do that for a week....and try and get high again....shit man, I dont wanna call you a liar, but thats crazy amounts of Opana.....you must have a nice insurance plan, cause I was with someone who filled a script of 60 40mg ER and it cost them like $860......

if you dont mind sharing, what are you scripted them for exactly?...you must be in alot of pain, or know the right damn doctor shit.....I have like 5 different things wrong with my back and knees and only get scripted 30mgs and Oxycodone a day....anyways just slow down on the intake, or trade some for another drug...that may help.....good luck and dont OD peace
