What's in your Psych Kit?

So i was reading the Abilify thread and had an idea, but it wasn't really germane to the thread, so I opened a new one.

I was thinking that P-docs should sell a "Psych Kit" that'd have 4 pill bottles that you could take whenever to ease whatever mental problems you have (we all do!) or to ease general stresses of life.

What would you put in your Psych Kit? Mine would have the following:

Adderall XR 20mg
Neurontin 800mg
Lunesta 3mg
Dilaudid 8mg

and a syringe if I could fit it in around those massive neurontin capsules.

Well, the only thing in my psych kit is Xanax blue 1mg footballs, and for someone like me that has a bad temper, and experiences anxiety and depressing, guilt about that temper, they have been a godsend....

I am blessed to not have anything else "wrong" with me, and believe me, in my job, because of the hazards and such associated with it; we ALL have to take a mandatory "evaluation" as they call it where we see the Company Psychiatrist, and discuss shit...I am thankful not to be bi-polar, or worse yet, shizotypal, or schizophrenic...the only thing he *did* say was that i have some (well, most) symptoms of an Antisocial personality, but doesn't concern him enough to note that on my chart, or to prescribe anything for it...

PS---> those 8mg dillies sound mighty good, though....sadly i haven't seen a fucking Dilaudid of any milligramage in my area for at least two years....sucks....

This hypothetical psych kit is to be for sale to the general public, without seeing a doc.

Only thing I might substitute on there would be Ambien or Phenobarbital in place of the Lunesta. Oh fuck- Quaaludes would be even better

nah dude, thanks for the answer-- you're not butting in at all my brotha!! Actually happy to see what other people think...Ambien, for me at least, when it was just the 5 and 10 mg tablets (no Ambien CR yet) did knock me out too, but the next day when I woke up, my mouth tasted like metal and my stomach hurt, not nausea, but like an irritation kind of hurt, ya know?

For me, personally, Lunesta sucks. I like ambien. Regular ambien, the CR wasn't really all that helpful for me.

I don't think there's a huge difference between Ambien and Lunesta. Ambien is more in the way of a lightshow, Lunesta more of a black-out benzo.

ambien has way more in the way of a horrid taste. Lunesta just sucks when you're "high" on it- ambien really lingers.

still though- a psychedelic depressant- makes me want some ambien right now
