I have a kind of *breathing exercise*
I use with a good rate of success:


One slow, deep breath in,
then blow the air out
slowly and steadily
through pursed lips;
while concentrating and visualizing
R - E - L - A - X - I - N - G
your muscles in that area

Repeat in sets of 2 to 3 (or 4!)if necessary....

SWIM can get started using that method nearly every time,
although it can take 3 tries to complete the task!

I just recalled one thing that does help when you are standing is to take a wider stance with your feet--spread them out on the floor as far as you can get them without falling over backwards

I think most opiate users who use pretty good doses have this problem at first... Like the first 6months of use I had to deal with the pissing thing every single day!(fent, oxy, & ope/sometimes pods). Now this was also due to a very bad herniated and two other slipped disc which was causing a lot of that problem. I was also a daily drunk at this time, but the hard to piss thing is common with new/ish opioid users. Don't worry man, it will go away after some months. It lasted about 6months for me(used for a while before that but im counting from when I became dependant). Actually I don't know if mine was more so from my herniated and slipped discs or the opiates...

but I'm still on the fent, along with methadone and roxi, and I haven't had the slightest prob pissing, beiong on the fent/dope combo doesn't even give urinary problems.. actually come to think of it the times I had that issue was hen I would drink large amounts of pod tea(only pod tea, didnt do that with strait ope tho!). I always take my meds with pod tea or opium but with large doses of pod tea it was the hardest to piss.. I never noticed any of it being caused by the fent directly though.

Funny, I was just about to drop a post about this topic. I have the exact opposite problem. Today I pissed (I counted) 32 times. Not much fluid is coming out but enough. I don't even know where this magical liquid is coming from. There is no way I have had enough fluids to equal the amount of urine. Any ideas?

And to solve the problem for not being able to piss, Flexiril, Xanax, Temazapam, any benzo and you'll be pissing like a champ.
