i would think so. ive only had dillies once, and i slammed em. extremely enjoyable that way but unless you are already a slammer i wouldnt suggest it. just out of curiosity, what did they script em to you for?

IV is the only way to take dillies. Snorting or oral does jack shit. I think the K4s are the best but I bet a quick search will show you how to cook up those M4's

Hydromorphone are not very effective orally or nasally. I am not advocating IVing anything but hydromorph is only good IV, it just doesn't have a very goog oral bio-availability.

Crush em up real good, mix with hot water but don't use flame. When you draw it up into the syringe it will be a sort of thickish milky white liquid. Then it's just a matter of tapping a vein, and hold on tight. Mmmmmmm yummy yummy yum yum yum.

Yeah yer right: K4's ruled. In towns--like the south, N.Florida, places that didn't have H, K4's were *the* drug to obtain, and even way back when would go for up to 50-60 bucks a pop. I saw'em start out at $15, and work there way up to $40. This was before oxycontin got invented, and junkies that IVed K4's always knew each other. Seemed like every town, from Gainesville FL to Houston TX had'em. When oxys came out, it kind of fucked things up, because it got all these lightweights strungout on oxys, since u could snort or eat them...and *then* they would go to IVing them later. So with K4's there was always a lot smaller crew doing'em...Seemed like oxycontins got everybody and their aunt Mildred strung out.

I mean, hell, along with oxycontin, came the private methadone clinics in their wake. Hard not to be a little bit of a conspiracy theorist. Before oxys, they didn't have enough K4 abusers to justify private methadone clinics. But once they came out with oxys, and gave'em a few years to get all the hillbillys and high school kids strung out, then the private clinics been cleaning up. Before, hell, they couldn't hardly give methadone away...

Opiates got famous. Outside of NE and California for heroin, opiates only had small crews in most towns. You could still go in yer ma's medicine cabinet and get percodans or tylox in eighties...not any more...them fuckers been *discovered!* Bad news for me. Now even the private methadone clinics, at ten bucks a pop, got lines. I knew I was getting old, when I went to the private methadone clinic in Lake Charles, Louisiana, after it opened up, and saw the sons and daughters of people I used to shoot up dilaudids with...they all said oxys brought'em down...shit...

Are you filtering at all? The Malli's can be filtered to a perfectly clear solution. You are injecting a lot of particles if you've got a milky white one.

Dillies are better snorted than taken orally. But then shooting them is better than snorting them. But snorting them is not a waste if you don't shoot. If you do shoot, then that's the only way to go in my opinion.

Only really bad thing is the tolerance builds really fast. One day it's 1, next day it's 2, and so on until you can't afford even one shot!

I've noticed that even after filtering dillies they still have a bad habit of drawing particles. Even after 2 or 3 filters, you're still going to have some particles. I guess that's part of what you have to suffer with the pleasure. I don't think there's anything else I'd rather do than a shot of Dilaudid. They are by far the best drug I've ever done. Period.

Hydromorphone/Dialudid is so fucking overated! I had like 58 Dialudid rband K4s, 27 generic hydromorph 4mg, and a ahlf script of generic hydromorph 2mg... I WAISTED SO MUCH OF THAT SHIT TRYING TO GET OFF!!! I still beat myself up over not selling them to someone who coulda put them to use(I don't use my opis IV unless it's in my docs care btw). It took every bit of 26mg of Dialudid to be like 90mg of Roxis, both snorted. Unless IV'd dialudid is nothing more than a potent form of oxy... so if you want to snort em, sell the bitches and buy some dope or something. IV users will pay buttloads for some dialudids man. The going rate around here is fucking $2.50+ at the local 'dope spot' downstown. Keep in mind the jokes down there are DESPERATE fucks who will also pay $1/mg for 'done and OC.
So if you know any mainliners sell them to them and go cop some dope or a buttload of oxy. You could get a helluva lot of oxy and way higher/pain releif since you could buy so many since the dillies sell for so much. Assuming you know an IV user that is.
I do NOT advocate mainlining dialudid, it WILL GO DOWNHILL FORM HERE if you're already an opiate dependant person. Thats why I don't shoot my fent n roxis. I know it'll get out of hand and I'll end up buying dope all the time and banging that too and slowly but surely loosing it all. I don't advise you hit the streets to sell them either!
but sometime you gotta do what you gotta do.

Now if you are/have to resort to using them no matter what do not get pulled into the whole 'dialudid/hydromorphis the zomg best opioid ever!!!!' thing, or you'll end up disapointed. I snorted(and popped) so many of these fuckers and beleive me, it's nothing more than a potent form of oxy... I was VERY disapointed when I sniffed them bitches. Not to mention I was snorting 6-7 of the 4mg dillies or more tabs if I used some the 2s to equal just 90 of Roxi 30s. Now don't get me wrong snorted dialudid/hydromorph beats oxy alll to hell, even snorted, but you can get so much higher by selling them dillies for street price then buying a lot fo oxy. You could get like 3+ times the amount compared in equivelency. You just get so much more high out of selling them and buying something else...
Dialudid is just another opi to me, EXCEPT when I hurt so bad I have to go to the ER and when lucky(and rarely!!!) I get a Dialudid shot and mmm, second ebst IV drug ever!!!!(fent owns all, and I never had IV smack). God is dillies good when shot, hehe :cloud9:

Swim just picked up some 2 mg dillies. Just IV some and its amazing. Swim has done H a few times before although Swim is not sure how good it was, because Swim has only done it a few times, but Swim must say that dillies are amazing when you IV. Swim cant wait to do the rest Swim has tomorrow. Its amazing.

Good luck with your dillies and like everyone else recommended you should sell them for something you can get more out of unless you want to IV them.

For 1-2 days I can get reaaly fucked up snorting dillies, but after that it just stops. When I get them, I try to only use a few times, then quit for a week and go again. Although this is easier said than done, especially when its all youve got.
