Shooting Oxy IR's

I shoot my OxyContins, and have to heat them up first (they are the Brand tabs, so there's no wax like the Teva's). My question is...since I'm pretty new to IV'ing, do you have to heat up EVERYTHING? My doc just prescribed 15mg Oxy IR's (the little green ones that crush up so nicely!). Do I need to heat up the mixture in water, or can I just add water, mix and filter throught he cotton?

try boiling some water then adding it to the crushed powder, this worked pretty good w/ mine... mine are the blue 30's though... im very new w/ this type of thing, HAD a (fear of needles) i guess you could say. hey mates how many mg's would you all think would be good to start w/ i did 2.5 of the 30's like this and it was good but not as good as i would have thought, lasted about 5 hrs. I have a higher tolerance then i thought also, didnt even get a nod.

with 15mg shots,you should not need heat. plus oxycodone is more soluble in cold water (slightly). Solubility for oxycodone is 100mg per 1cc (pretty sure on this). This is why when I'm using 1cc fits I never use more than 100-120mg at a time. Personally I've stopped shooting OC because it fucks up my tolerance too fast, which is real annoying after you spend two weeks getting your tolerance down.

He has been here a while and there is no reason to keep making posts. You say he figured out how to use the edit button then he should figure out what he wants to say and then edit it all into one or two posts, instead of creating new ones.
