last night I scored a couple packs and I thought it was just gonna be the tan powder cause it came in the same lotto ticket package and everything, but when I opened them it was like rocked up. is this normal? I tried crushing it up to snort but it didnt really work so I had to boot it. anyone else on the eastcoast get this shit

I would think it is the best you can get from this connect. GRIND it we get that, especially if you complain
